Doğal, Tarihi ve Kültürel Değerler Hakkında Ortaöğretim Öğrencilerinin Farkındalık Düzeyleri: Çanakkale İli Örneği

Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı; Çanakkale ilinde öğrenim gören ortaöğretim öğrencilerinin doğal, tarihi ve kültürel değerler hakkındaki farkındalık düzeylerini belirlemektir. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında 2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim yılında Çanakkale ilinde bulunan ortaöğretim düzeyindeki okullar arasından seçkisiz örnekleme yolu belirlenen 10 okul ve bu okullarda öğrenim gören 845 öğrenciye anket uygulanmıştır.
Araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturan ortaöğretim düzeyindeki öğrencilerin doğal, tarihi ve kültürel değerlere karşı farkındalık düzeyleri; cinsiyet, eğitim görülen okul, sınıf düzeyi, baba eğitim durumu, anne eğitim durumu ve aile gelir durumu değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılıklar gösterdiği görülmüştür. Ortaöğretim öğrencilerinin doğal, tarihi ve kültürel değerler hakkındaki farkındalıkları “Kesinlikle Katılıyorum” ile “Yüksek Düzeyde” olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
Çanakkale ilinde doğal, tarihi ve kültürel değerlere yönelik koruma kullanma dengesinin yeterince sağlanamamış olması ve bilinçlendirmenin yeterince yapılmamış olması ulaşılan sorunlar olarak sıralanabilir. Araştırma bulgularına bağlı olarak; öğrencilerin bilinçlendirilmesi, Çanakkale ili değerlerinin tanıtımının yapılması ve değerlere yönelik koruma kullanma dengesinin sağlanması çalışmalarına ihtiyaç olduğu açıktır.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the awareness levels of secondary school students studying in Çanakkale province about natural, historical and cultural values. The survey method, one of the quantitative research methods, was used as a data collection method in the study. Within the scope of the research, a survey was applied to 10 schools determined by random sampling among the secondary schools in Çanakkale province in the 2018-2019 academic year and 845 students studying in these schools.
It was seen that the awareness levels of the secondary school students, who constituted the sample of the study, towards natural, historical and cultural values showed significant differences according to the variables of gender, school of education, grade level, father's education level, mother's education level and family income status. It was concluded that the awareness of secondary school students about natural, historical and cultural values is "High Level" with "Strongly Agree".
The fact that the balance of conservation and utilization of natural, historical and cultural values in Çanakkale province has not been sufficiently ensured and that awareness raising has not been done sufficiently can be listed as the problems reached. According to the findings of the research, it is clear that there is a need to raise awareness of students, to promote the values of Çanakkale province and to ensure the balance of conservation and use of values.
