Sanat Yapıtında Siyasal Protesto: “3 Mayıs 1808” ve “Guernica” Resimleri Üzerinden Sanat ve Siyaset İlişkisi

Abstract
Bu makalede, sanat yapıtıyla siyaset arasındaki ilişki ele alınacak ve siyasi içerikli resim örnekleri incelenecektir. Özellikle Goya'nın "3 Mayıs 1808" ve Picasso'nun "Guernica" resimleri üzerinden bahsi geçen bu ilişki, araştırılacaktır. Geniş bir perspektifle bakıldığında, sanat, kişinin duygu ve düşüncelerini kendine özgü bir açısıyla ifade etmesine olanak tanır ve bu ifade üzerinden geliştirdiği üslup, kişisel özellikleri ve ayırt ediciliği ile onun var olmasını sağlar. Makalede, sanat ve siyasetin birleştirici ve ayrıştırıcı özellikleri de incelenecektir. Ayrıca, sanatçının herhangi bir siyasi görüşe bağlı olup olmamasına bakılmaksızın, sanatçının sanatını icra ederken siyaset ile kurduğu ilişki ele alınacaktır. Sanat yapıtı oluşturulurken sanatçının siyasetten etkilendiği durumlarda ortaya çıkan eserin toplumda ne kadar etkili olduğu ve bu bağlamda üretim yapan sanatçının siyaset ya da toplumdan bağımsız üretim yapabilme yeteneği tartışılacaktır. Sanat ve siyasetin birbirini nasıl etkilediği de ele alınacak ve sanatçının siyasetten bağımsız üretim yapabilme yeteneği değerlendirilecektir. Sanat, insanların kültürel, dinsel ve yerel farklılıklarını ve benzerliklerini topluma öğretebilir ve sanatçının ürettiği eser, o toplumun yaşadığı zamana ve geleceğe kültürel birikim olarak katkı sağlar. Tüm bu düşünceler ışığında, siyasetin sanat ve eser üretimi üzerindeki etkisi de tartışılacak ve bahsi geçen örnek resimler üzerinden sanat ve siyasetin birbirini nasıl etkilediği ve bu etkileşimin sanat tarihine nasıl yansıdığı ele alınacaktır.

Abstract
In this article, the relationship between art and politics will be discussed and examples of political paintings will be examined. This relationship, which is mentioned especially through Goya's "May 3, 1808" and Picasso's "Guernica" paintings, will be investigated. From a broad perspective, art allows a person to express his feelings and thoughts from a unique perspective, and the style he develops through this expression ensures his existence with his personal characteristics and distinctiveness. In the article, the unifying and separating features of art and politics will also be examined. In addition, regardless of whether the artist is affiliated with any political view, the relationship that the artist establishes with politics while performing his art will be discussed. It will be discussed how effective the work that emerges when the artist is affected by politics while creating a work of art, and in this context, the ability of the artist who produces in this context to produce independently from politics or society. How art and politics affect each other will also be discussed and the artist's ability to produce independently from politics will be evaluated. Art can teach people's cultural, religious and local differences and similarities to the society, and the work produced by the artist contributes to the time and future of that society as a cultural accumulation. In the light of all these considerations, the effect of politics on art and work production will also be discussed, and how art and politics affect each other and how this interaction is reflected in art history will be discussed through the aforementioned sample paintings.
