Okul Müdürlerinin Görüşlerine Göre Taşımalı Eğitim Uygulamasında Karşılaşılan Sorunlar ve Çözüm Önerileri

Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, 2020-2021 öğretim yılında Tokat ili Erbaa ilçesinde taşıma merkezi olan ortaokullarda görev yapan okul müdürlerinin görüşlerine göre taşımalı eğitim uygulamasında karşılaşılan sorunların ve bu sorunlara getirdikleri çözüm önerilerinin belirlenmesidir. Veriler araştırmacılar geliştirilen soru görüşme formu aracılığıyla toplanmış, elde edilen veriler betimsel analize tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda taşımalı eğitim yapan okullarda görev yapan müdürlerin görüşlerine göre servis araçlarının fiziki donatım ve temizliğinin yetersiz olması, zamana uyulmaması ve dışarıdan yolcu alınması nedeniyle birçok sorun yaşandığı belirlenmiştir. Bu sonuçlar ışığında taşımalı eğitim yapan okullara hizmet veren servislerin ve görevli şoförlerin denetimlerinin taşıma merkezlerinde görevli okul müdürleri tarafından değil, kolluk kuvvetleri tarafından yapılması önerilmektedir.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to decide the problems encountered in transported-bussed education and the solution suggestions they have brought to these problems according to the opinions of the school principals working in the secondary schools, which are transportation center in the Erbaa district of Tokat province in the 2020-2021 educational year. The data were collected through the questionnaire form developed by the researchers, and the obtained data were subjected to descriptive analysis. At the end of the information obtained from this research, it was decided that the principals working in schools providing transported-bussed education experienced many problems due to insufficient physical equipment and cleaning of the shuttle vehicles, not obeying with the time rules and taking passengers from outside. With the help of these results, it is suggested that the controls of the shuttles serving the schools providing transportation education and the on-duty drivers should be done by the law enforcement officers, not the school principals having responsibility of the transportation centers.
