Ar-Ge Biriminde Üretilen Projelerin Eğitim Sistemine Yansımasına İlişkin Öğretmen Görüşleri (Tokat İli Örneği)

Abstract
Ar-Ge birimi içerisinde her yıl yürütülen birtakım projeler bulunmaktadır. Bu projelerin okullara yansıması, okullarda projelerin nasıl işlediği ise önemli bir konudur. Bu nedenle araştırmanın amacı, Ar-Ge biriminde üretilen projelerin eğitim sistemine yansımasına ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerini almaktır. Tokat ili Merkez ilçe de MEB’e bağlı okullar bünyesinde görev yapan 10 kişilik öğretmen çalışma grubu oluşturulmuştur. “Bu araştırma nitel araştırma olarak yapılmıştır. Olgu bilim deseni kullanılmıştır. Veri toplamak için yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniğini kullanmıştır.” Elde edilen sonuçlar betimsel analizle çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmacı analizler sonucunda Ar-ge biriminde üretilen projelerin eğitim sistemine yansımasına ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerini gözlemlemiştir. Yapılan araştırmalar sonucunda Ar-Ge biriminde üretilen projelerin eğitim sistemimize yansıması öğrenciler, öğretmenler ve okul açısından araştırılmış, projelerin olumlu şekilde eğitime yansıdığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Konu ile ilgili olarak projelerin devamlılığı ve sürdürülebilirliği oldukça önemli görülmüştür.

There are a number of projects carried out every dec within the Ar-ge unit. The reflection of these projects on schools and how projects work in schools is an important issue. Therefore, the aim of the research is to dec the opinions of teachers about the reflection of the projects produced in the Ar-ge unit on the education system. A 10-person teacher working group has been established within the schools affiliated to the Ministry of Education in the Central district of Tokat province. This study was conducted as a qualitative research. The case science pattern was used. He used the semi-structured interview technique to collect data. The obtained results were analyzed by descriptive analysis. As a result of the researcher's dec, he observed the teachers' opinions on the reflection of the projects produced in the Ar-ge unit on the education system. As a result of the researches, the reflection of the projects produced in the Ar-Ge unit on our education system was investigated in terms of students, teachers and the school, and it was concluded that they reflected positively. Continuity and sustainability of the projects are very important regarding the subject.
