Abstract

Grupla psikolojik danışmada grup dinamiğini ve süreci etkileyen çeşitli faktörler vardır. Bu faktörlerin bir tanesi de grup sürecinde yaşanan çatışmadır. Bu çalışmada grupla psikolojik danışma sürecinde yaşanan çatışma ele alınmaktadır. Grupla psikolojik danışma sürecinde çeşitli etmenler çatışmaya neden olabilmekte, çatışma da grup dinamiklerini etkilemektedir. Bu makalede grup sürecinde yaşanan çatışmanın nasıl meydana gelebileceği ve çatışmaya yönelik bir takım müdahale stratejileri açıklanmıştır. Bu amaçla öncelikle grup sürecinde çatışma tanımlanmış, çatışmaya neden olduğu düşünülen kaynaklar ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın kapsamında yer alan diğer konular; üyeler arası ve liderle çatışma, liderin ve üyelerin çatışma durumlarına verdiği tepkiler, çatışmanın pozitif etkileridir. Çatışmaya neden olabilecek kültürel etmenler, zor üyeler ve liderin çatışma durumlarında nasıl hissedeceği ve neler yapabileceğine dair bilgiler de derlenmiştir. Son olarak grupta yaşanabilecek çatışmalara müdahale stratejileri açıklanmıştır.

Abstract

There are many factors that affect group dynamics and process in group theraphy. One of these factors is conflict arise in group process.In this study, conflict in group theraphy was examined. In group theraphy process, there are many agents that can cause conflict. On the other hand conflict influence the group dynamics. A literature research on how a conflict can be happened in group process and intervention strategies to the conflict management is given in this study. First of all conflict in group process is defined and sources which can be the reason for the conflict are examined to this end. The other subjects in this study are conflict between group members and the leader, reactions of group leader and members to the conflict and positive aspects of conflict. In additon to these cultural factors, difficult member, leaders’ feelings and beahavours in case of conflict are given in this study. Finally intervention strategies for conflict management are explained.
