Abstract
Resim sanatında geleneksel malzemelerin dışında materyal kullanımı yıllar boyunca değişen bir çeşitliliğe sahiptir. 1950’li yıllardan itibaren hız kazanan bu yöndeki uygulamalar, günümüze kadar değişen boyutlarda gelmiş, nihayetinde post-modern süreçte kendine oldukça yaygın bir kullanım alanı bulmuştur. Günümüzde geleneksel olmayan malzemeleri yenilikçi fikirlerle bir araya getiren birçok sanatçı bulunmaktadır. Bu sanatçılar kendilerine has yöntemlerle farklı türdeki materyalleri bir araya getirip eserlerini üretmektedir. Eserlerinin anlamını ve duygusunu, kullandıkları malzemeler aracılığıyla aktarmaya çalışmaktadırlar. Söz konusu sanatçıların çalışma yöntemleri ve eserlerini ele alan bu makale, resim sanatında tuval üzerine uygulanan farklı türdeki materyal çeşitlerini, bunların uygulama biçimlerini örnek eserler eşliğinde inceleme ve çözümleme amacı taşır.

Abstract
The use of materials other than traditional materials in painting has varied over the years. Applications in this direction, which have gained momentum since the 1950s, have come to varying extents until today, and eventually found a widespread use in the post-modern period. Today, there are many artists who combine non-traditional materials with innovative ideas. These artists produce their works by combining different types of materials with their own methods. They try to convey the meaning and emotion of their works through the materials they use. This article, which deals with the working methods and works of these artists, aims to examine and analyze the different types of materials applied on canvas in painting and their application methods, accompanied by sample works.
