Abstract
Yaygın eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan öğretmen ve yöneticilerinin teknolojik öz yeterliliklerini incelemeyi amaçlayan araştırma nitel paradigmaya uygun olarak yürütülmüştür. Veriler araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen 10 soruluk görüşme soruları yardımı ile toplanmıştır.
Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, katılımcıların teknoloji yeterlik düzeylerinin orta düzeyde olduğu, eğitim ve teknolojinin iç içe olması gerektiği ve aktif olarak kullanılması gerektiği, teknoloji yeterliliği kavramının bilgi çağı ve yenilikçi eğitimi çağrıştırdığı, kullanım yeterliliğinin öğrenci başarısını artırdığı, eğitimde etkili teknoloji kullanımının aktif ve ilerleyen bir süreç olduğu, katılımcıların teknolojik yeterlik düzeylerinin iyi düzeyde olduğu, öğretmenlerin teknoloji yeterliklerini artırmak adına hizmetiçi eğitimler verilebileceği, teknoloji yeterliklerinin artırılmasının okula, öğretmene, öğrenciye olumlu bir şekilde yansıyacağı, öğretmen ve öğrenci başarısını artıracağı, teknoloji yeterliklerini artırmak için imkânların artırılması gerektiği, teknoloji yeterliklerinin artırılmış olmasının öğretmenlere ve okul yöneticilerine olumlu etkiler yapacağı ve başarı düzeyini artıracağı anlaşılmaktadır.

Abstract
The research aiming to examine the technological self-efficacy of teachers and administrators working in non-formal education institutions was conducted in accordance with the qualitative paradigm. The data were collected with the help of 10-question interview questions developed by the researcher.
According to the results of the research, the technology proficiency level of the participants is moderate, education and technology should be intertwined and should be used actively, the concept of technology proficiency evokes the information age and innovative education, the usage proficiency increases student success, the effective use of technology in education is an active and progressive process. that the technological competence levels of the participants are at a good level, in-service trainings can be given to increase the technology competence of the teachers, that increasing the technology competences will reflect positively on the school, teacher and student, will increase the success of the teacher and student, that the opportunities to increase the technology competences should be increased, that the technology competences have been increased. It is understood that it will have positive effects on teachers and school administrators and increase the level of success
