Abstract
Bu araştırma, sınıf öğretmenlerinin ders dışı etkinliklerinin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri analizi yapılırken betimsel analiz tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu İzmir ili Ödemiş ilçe merkezinde bulunan okullarda görevli öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Görüşme yapılan kişi sayısı 37’dir. Araştırma verileri tema analizi ve betimsel analizle çözümlenmiştir.
Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; 2023 Eğitim Vizyonunda vurgulanan ders dışı etkinlikleri yetersiz buldukları, okullarda yapılan kültürel faaliyetlerin, okul gezileri olduğu, okullarda yapılan sanatsal faaliyetlerin, resim sergileri olduğu, okulunuzda ya da ilçenizde yapılan etkinlikte karşılaşılan sorunun malzeme eksikliği ve mekân yetersizliği olduğu, okullardaki en çok tercih edilen kültürel faaliyetlerin sınıf gezileri olduğu ve eğlenceli olduğu için tercih ettikleri, okullardaki en çok tercih edilen sanatsal faaliyetin kolay uygulanabildiği için resim sergileri olduğu, futbolun okullarda en çok tercih edilen sportif faaliyet hem sevilmesinden hem de kolay uygulanabilir olmasından dolayı en tercih edilen spor dalı olduğu, sosyal etkinliklerin öğrencilerin psikomotor gelişimlerine de katkı sağladığını, okullarda yapılan sosyal etkinliklerin başarının artmasında bir etken olduğu ve pandemiyle birlikte hiçbir okulda sosyal etkinlikler uygulanmadığı görülmektedir.

Abstract
This research was conducted to evaluate the extracurricular activities of classroom teachers. Qualitative research methods were used in the study. In the research, descriptive analysis technique was used while performing data analysis. The study group of the research consists of teachers working in schools located in the center of Ödemis, İzmir. The number of people interviewed is 37. Research data were analyzed by theme analysis and descriptive analysis.
According to the results of the research; They find the extracurricular activities emphasized in the 2023 Education Vision insufficient, the cultural activities in schools, school trips, artistic activities in schools, art exhibitions, the problem encountered in the event held in your school or district is the lack of materials and space, the most preferred cultural activities in schools. Class trips are preferred because they are fun, the most preferred artistic activity in schools is painting exhibitions because it can be applied easily, football is the most preferred sporting activity in schools because it is both popular and easy to apply, social activities are the most preferred sport for students. It is seen that it also contributes to their psychomotor development, that social activities in schools are a factor in increasing success, and that social activities are not implemented in any school with the pandemic.
