Abstract
Bu araştırma, öğretmenlerin destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarına ilişkin görüşlerini tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri analizi yapılırken içerik analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Samsun ili Çarşamba ilçesinde bulunan okullarda görevli öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada 30 kişi ile görüşme yapılmıştır.
katılım durumlarının birbirine yakın seviyede olmakla beraber katılımın nispeten daha az olduğu, destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarının iye amaca hizmet ettiği, destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarında öğrencilerin devamsızlık yaptığı, öğrencilerin kurslara karşı ilgisiz olduğu, kaynak eksikliği olduğu, ve öğretmen eksikliği olduğu, destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarında karşılaşılan sorunlar için çözüm önerisi olarak, okul aile işbirliğinin artırılması gerektiği,, sürekli kaynak desteği sağlanması gerektiği ve öğrenmeyi isteyen öğrencilerin seçilmesi gerektiği ve öğretmenlerin bu kurslardan aldıkları ücretlerden öğretmenlerin yarısının memnun olduğu diğer yarısının ise memnun olmadığı görülmektedir.

Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the opinions of teachers about support and training courses. Qualitative research methods were used in the study. Content analysis technique was used while performing data analysis in the research. The study group of the research consists of teachers working in schools in the town of Çarşamba, Samsun. In the study, 30 people were interviewed.
According to the results of the research; Although the participation of students in support and training courses is close to each other, participation is relatively low, support and training courses serve a good purpose, students are absent from support and training courses, students are not interested in the courses, there is a lack of resources, and there is a lack of teachers, As a solution proposal for the problems encountered in support and training courses, it is seen that school-family cooperation should be increased, continuous resource support should be provided, and students who want to learn should be selected, and half of the teachers are satisfied with the fees they receive from these courses and the other half are not satisfied.
