Pandemi Sürecinin Öğrencilerin Öğrenme ve Gelişim Süreçlerine Etkileri Üzerine Okul Yöneticileri ve Öğretmenlerin Görüşleri

Abstract
Bu araştırma Pandemi sürecinin öğrencilerin öğrenme ve gelişim süreçlerine etkileri üzerine okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerin görüşlerini almak amacı ile yapılmıştır. Çalışmada nitel yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada İstanbul ili Avcılar ilçesinde görev yapan öğretmenlere Google form aracılığıyla uygulanmıştır. Görüşme yapılan kişi sayısı 38’dir. Nitel verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz kullanılmıştır.
Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; pandemi sürecinde öğrencilerin, psikososyal ve fiziksel gelişim açısından olumsuz olarak etkilendiği, pandemi sürecinde öğrencilerinizin, bilişsel öğrenmelerinin olumsuz olarak etkilendiği, pandemi sürecinde öğrencilerin duyuşsal öğrenmelerinin olumsuz olarak etkilendiği, pandemi sürecinde öğrencilerinizin, psikomotor öğrenme süreçlerinin olumsuz olarak etkilendiği, pandemi süreci öğrencilerin öğrenme ve gelişim süreçlerinin olumsuz olarak etkilendiği, Pandemi döneminde, uzaktan eğitim sürecine öğrenciler her ne kadar derse katılım sağlamışlarsa da dersleri yeterince dikkate almadıklarından derslerin verimsiz geçtiği, pandemi dönemindeki uzaktan eğitim süreci öğrencilerin akademik başarılarının olumsuz olarak etkilendiği, öğrencilerin okuldan uzak kaldıkları süreçte aileleri ve öğretmenleriyle olan ilişkilerinin her yönden kötü olarak etkilendiği, bu süreçte öğrencilerin birbirleri ile sosyal olarak iletişim kuramadıklarından olumsuz olarak etkilendiği, bu süreçte öğrencilerin sosyalleşme, etkili iletişim ve öğrenimden yani bütün konulardan eksik kaldığı görülmektedir.

Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of getting the opinions of school administrators and teachers on the effects of the pandemic process on the learning and development processes of students. The qualitative method was used in the study. In the research, it was applied to the teachers working in Avcilar district of İstanbul province through Google form. The number of people interviewed is 38. Descriptive analysis was used in the analysis of qualitative data.
According to the results of the research; During the pandemic process, students were negatively affected in terms of psychosocial and physical development, during the pandemic process, the cognitive learning of your students was adversely affected, during the pandemic process the emotional learning of students was negatively affected, during the pandemic process the psychomotor learning processes of your students were adversely affected, and the pandemic process affected the learning and development processes of students. In the pandemic period, although the students participated in the distance education process, the lessons were inefficient because they did not pay enough attention to the lessons, the distance education process during the pandemic period, the academic success of the students was negatively affected, and the relations of the students with their families and teachers in the process they were away from school in all aspects. negatively affected by the fact that students were not able to communicate with each other socially in this process. It is seen that growth is lacking in effective communication and learning, that is, in all subjects.
