Abstract
Bu çalışmanın hedefi öğretmen bakış açısıyla okul müdürlerinin yönetim becerilerinin demografik değişkenler çerçevesinde incelenmesidir. Araştırma, betimsel tarama modeli çerçevesinde tasarlanmış olup araştırmanın örneklem grubu gönüllük esasına bağlı olarak Kocaeli ili İzmit ilçesinde Milli eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı olarak görev yapan öğretmen ve idarecilerden katılan 110 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada Mehmet TEYFUR tarafından geliştirilen “İlköğretim Okul Yöneticilerinin Uyguladıkları Yönetim Biçimlerine İlişkin Algıları Ve Yönetim Becerileri” ölçeği alınan izin doğrultusunda uyarlanarak kullanılmıştır. Uygulanan ölçeğin sonuçlarını değerlendirmek için öncelikle katılımcıların demografik faktörlerine ilişkin bulgular belirlenmiştir, ölçeğin güvenilirliği test edilmiştir. Araştırma ile birlikte elde edilmiş olan verilerin analizi SPSS (Statistical Package fort the Social Sciences) paket programı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Katılımcıların demografik bilgilerini istatiksel olarak açıklayabilmek için yüzde ve frekans analizi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışanların demografik değişkenlerine göre puan düzeylerini belirlemek için Bağımsız Gruplar T-Testi ve ANOVA testi uygulanmıştır. Anlamlılık düzeyi p<0.05 kabul edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre; değişkenlere göre anlamlı farklılık saptanmamıştır.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the management skills of school managers within the framework of demographic variables from a teacher's point of view. The research was designed within the framework of the relational screening model and the sample group of the research consists of 110 teachers and administrators who participated in the Ministry of National Education in the Kocaeli province of Izmit, subject to voluntary support. In the study, the scale of “perception and Management Skills for the Management formats applied by Primary School Managers” developed by Mehmet TEYFUR was adapted to the permission taken. In order to assess the results of the applied scale, first the findings of the demographic factors of the participants were identified, and the reliability of the scale was tested. The analysis of the data obtained with the research was carried out through the SPSS (statistical Package fort the Social Sciences) package program. The percentage and frequency analysis methods are used to statistically explain the demographics of the participants. Independent Groups T-Test and ANOVA testing were performed to determine the points levels based on employee demographic variables. The level of meaning p<0.05 has been accepted. According to the findings obtained from the study, no significant differences were detected in relation to the variables.
