Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, köy okullarında çalışan öğretmenlerin motivasyonlarını etkileyen faktörleri tespit etmektir. Tarama modelinde olan araştırmanın örneklemini Ege Bölgesinde büyük bir ilçede bulunan 190 köy okulu öğretmeni oluşturmuştur.
Araştırmanın Verilerinin analizi SPSS 22 programı ile yapılmış ve %95 güven düzeyi ile çalışılmıştır. Motivasyon ölçeğinin demografik değişkenlere göre farklılık gösterme durumu Bağımsız Gruplar t ve ANOVA testleri ile incelenmiştir.
Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; Cinsiyeti değişkenine göre öğretmenlerin motivasyon düzeyleri için yapılan analizde anlamlılık değeri, 0,210>0,05 olduğundan kadın ve erkek katılımcıların motivasyon düzeylerinin anlamlı farklılık göstermediğini anlıyoruz. Medeni durum değişkenine göre öğretmenlerin motivasyon düzeyleri için yapılan analizde anlamlılık değeri, anlamlılık değeri, 0,007<0,05 olduğundan evli ile bekar katılımcıların motivasyon düzeylerinin anlamlı farklılık göstermekte olduğunu söyleyebiliriz. Yaş değişkenine göre katılımcıların motivasyon düzeyleri yaşlarına göre anlamlı farklılık göstermemektedir.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the factors affecting the motivation of teachers working in village schools. The sample of the research, which is in the scanning model, consisted of 190 village school teachers in a large town in the Aegean Region.
The analysis of the data of the research was made with the SPSS 22 program and it was worked with a 95% confidence level. The variation of the motivation scale according to demographic variables was examined by Independent Groups t and ANOVA tests.
According to the results of the research; As the significance value in the analysis for the motivation levels of teachers according to the gender variable is 0.210> 0.05, we understand that the motivation levels of female and male participants do not differ significantly. As the significance value, significance value is 0.007 <0.05 in the analysis for the motivation levels of teachers according to the marital status variable, we can say that the motivation levels of married and single participants differ significantly. According to the age variable, the motivation levels of the participants do not differ significantly according to their age.
