Öğretmen Görüşlerine Göre Okul Yöneticilerinin Bürokratik, Öğretmen ve Öğrencilerle Yaşadığı Sorunlar ve Çözme Becerileri: Nitel Bir Araştırma

Abstract
Bu çalışmada öğretmen görüşleri doğrultusunda okul yöneticilerinin bürokratik, öğretmen ve öğrencilerle yaşadığı sorunlar ve bu sorunları çözme becerileri araştırılmıştır. Konu kapsamında, araştırmada derinlemesine bilgi toplamak ve iç geçerliği artırmak amacıyla yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme, gözlem ve doküman incelemesi kullanılarak veri çeşitlemesi yapılmıştır. Araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile veriler toplanmış olup, 6 açık uçlu sorudan oluşan formda okul yöneticilerinin bürokratik, öğretmen ve öğrencilerle yaşadığı sorunları çözme becerilerini belirlemeye yönelik ifadeler bulunmaktadır. Elde edilen veriler nitel veri analizinden olan içerik analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre; Yöneticilerin yaşadığı bürokratik problemlerde iletişime geçerek, resmi prosedürü izledikleri ve çok çaba sarf etmedikleri ifade edilmiştir, Öğretmenlerle yaşanan problemlere karşı ise baskı uygulayarak, problemi unutturarak ve işin takibini yaparak çözmeye çalıştıkları belirtilmektedir. Öğrencilerle yaşanan problemlerde ise iletişimle çözmek istedikleri, problem ve genellikle öğrencileri uyararak çözdükleri belirtilmiştir.

Abstract
In this study, school administrators' bureaucratic, teacher and student problems and their ability to solve these problems were investigated in line with teachers' views. Within the scope of the subject, data triangulation was made by using semi-structured interviews, observation and document analysis in order to collect in-depth information and increase internal validity. The data were collected with a semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher. The form consisted of 6 open-ended questions and included statements aimed at determining the school administrators' ability to solve bureaucratic, teacher and student problems. The data obtained were evaluated by content analysis, which is one of the qualitative data analysis. According to the results obtained from the research; it was stated that the administrators communicated, followed the official procedure and did not make much effort in bureaucratic problems, and tried to solve the problems with teachers by applying pressure, making them forget the problem and following up the work. As for the problems with students, it was stated that they wanted to solve them through communication, and that they usually solved the problem by warning the students.
