Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı okul yönetimi kararlarına katılım durumlarına ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerini belirlemektir. Araştırma nitel araştırma desenlerinden fenomenoloji deseninde tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırmada kullanılan gönüllük esasına dayalı olarak amaçlı örneklem yöntemlerinden ölçüt örneklem tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma çeşitli branşlarda görev yapmakta olan 12 öğretmenle yapılmış olup verileri yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formları ile toplanmıştır. Yapılan görüşmelere ait verilerin transkriptleri nitel analiz yöntemlerden sırasıyla bulguların yazılması kısmında tema, betimsel ve içerik analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Okul yönetimi kararlarına katılım durumlarına ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerinin tespit edilmesine yönelik yapılan araştırmadan elde edilen öğretmen görüşleri kapsamında şu sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır: görüşmeler 5 ana tema altında toplanmıştır. “Kararlara katılım teması”, “olumlu etkileri”, “olumsuz etkileri”, “katılımı engelleyen unsurlar teması” ve “yapılması gerekenler teması” şeklindedir. Çalışma kapsamında önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine teachers' views on their participation in school management decisions. The research was designed in phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research designs. In the research, criterion sampling technique, one of the purposeful sampling methods, was used on the basis of volunteerism used in qualitative research. The research was conducted with 12 teachers working in various branches and the data were collected with semi-structured interview forms. The transcripts of the interview data were evaluated by theme, descriptive and content analysis in the section of writing the findings respectively from qualitative analysis methods. The following results were reached within the scope of the teacher opinions obtained from the research conducted to determine the views of teachers regarding their participation in school management decisions: the interviews were grouped under 5 main themes. These themes are "the theme of participation in decisions", "positive effects", "negative effects", "the theme of factors preventing participation" and "the theme of what needs to be done". Suggestions were made within the scope of the study.
