Abstract
Bu araştırmada ilköğretim ve ortaöğretim okul müdürlerinin okullarındaki psikolojik danışmanlık ve rehberlik hizmetlerine ilişkin görüşleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırma betimsel bir çalışma olup derleme niteliğindedir. Araştırmada geçmişten günümüze kadar okul PDR hizmetlerinin gelişimi ile hakkında yayımlanmış olan yönetmeliklere yer verilmiş ve bu süreç içerisinde okul yönetiminin gelişen ve değişen PDR hizmetlerine karşı olan tutum ve algılamaları ele alınmıştır. Araştırmada okul müdürlerinin PDR hizmetleri ve rehber öğretmen / psikolojik danışmanlara karşı bakış açılarının olumlu olduğu kadar olumsuz olduğu da görülmektedir. Bu konudaki temel sorunların PDR servisinin paydaşlar tarafından ilgili bireylere yeterince tanıtılmamasından ve PDR yönetmeliklerindeki ünvan, özlük hakları ve görev sınırlarının sık sık değişmesinden kaynaklandığı görülmektedir.

Abstract
In this study, it was tried to determine the views of primary and secondary school principals about psychological counseling and guidance services in their schools. The research is a descriptive study and is a compilation. In the research, the regulations published about the development of school counseling services from the past to the present are included and the attitudes and perceptions of the school administration towards the developing and changing counseling services are discussed. In the research, it is seen that the school principals' perspectives towards counseling services and guidance teachers / psychological counselors are as negative as they are positive. It is seen that the main problems in this matter arise from the fact that the PDR service is not adequately introduced to the relevant individuals by the stakeholders and that the title, personal rights and duty limits in the PDR regulations change frequently.
