Uzaktan Eğitimin Öğrenci Başarısı Üzerine Etkileri ve Uzaktan Eğitimin Etkililiğine İlişkin Öğretmen Görüşleri

Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı öğretmen görüşleri doğrultusunda uzaktan eğitim süreçlerinin etkililiğini belirlemektir.Nitel araştırma yöntemi ve durum çalışması deseninde yürütülen bu çalışmaya ilkokul ve ortaokullarda görev yapan toplam 20 öğretmen katılmıştır. Araştırmanın katılımcılarının belirlenmesinde amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden kolay ulaşılabilir örnekleme kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında araştırmacı tarafından ilgili alan yazına ve araştırmanın amaçlarına uygun olarak hazırlanmış yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz kullanılmıştır.
Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; uzaktan eğitimin uygulanması sürecinin öğrenci başarısını olumsuz olarak etkilediği, uzaktan eğitim sürecinde kaynakların etkili olarak kullanılmadığı, Uzaktan eğitimin etkililiğinin amaç ve içerik boyutlarının geliştirilmesi gerektiği, uzaktan eğitimdeki verimi artırabilmek için bütün öğrencilerin internete erişimlerinin sağlanması gerektiği, uzaktan eğitimdeki etkililiğin artırılması için belirlenen hedef kazanımlara ulaşılabilmesi için gerekli düzenlemelerin yapılması gerektiği, eğitimde her öğrencinin gerekli teknolojiye sahip olmasının sağlanması ile gerektiği, eğitimde teknolojinin amaç doğrultusunda kullanıldığı, mevcut eğitim sistemi olan (EBA)’nın etkin bir uygulama olarak görüldüğü, MEB’in uzaktan eğitim sistemini bütün öğrencilerin aktif olarak katılımlarını ve ulaşmalarını sağlayabilecek şekilde tasarlaması gerektiği, uzaktan eğitim sürecinde öğretmenlerin öğrencilerine hem iyi bir rehber olmaları hem de liderlik etmeleri gerektiği görülmektedir

Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of distance education processes in line with the opinions of teachers. A total of 20 teachers working in primary and secondary schools participated in this study, which was carried out in a qualitative research method and case study design. Easily accessible sampling, one of the purposive sampling methods, was used to determine the participants of the study. In the collection of research data, a semi-structured interview form prepared by the researcher in accordance with the relevant literature and the aims of the research was used. Descriptive analysis was used in the analysis of the data.
According to the results of the research; The implementation of distance education negatively affects student achievement, the resources are not used effectively in the distance education process, the purpose and content dimensions of the effectiveness of distance education should be improved, all students should be provided with internet access in order to increase the efficiency in distance education. Necessary arrangements should be made, it is necessary to ensure that every student has the necessary technology in education, technology is used for the purpose in education, the current education system (EBA) is seen as an effective application, the distance education system of the Ministry of Education should be actively participated and reached by all students. It is seen that teachers should be a good guide and lead their students in the distance education process.
