Abstract
Bu çalışma okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında çalışan okul yöneticilerinin öğretmenlerle yaşadıkları yönetsel sorunları incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yönetim süreçlerinden karar alma, planlama, eşgüdüm, örgütleme, iletişim, etkileme, değerlendirme süreçlerinde öğretmenlerle hangi problemlerin yaşandığı detaylı olarak ele alınmıştır. Her bir yönetim süreci araştırmanın alt problemlerini oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemi Hatay ili Erzin ilçesinde çalışan bağımsız anaokulu ve bünyesinde anasınıfı bulunan 9 okul yöneticisidir. Araştırmada kullanılan veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formuyla yüz yüze yapılmıştır. Görüşmelerde ses kaydı yapılmış yapılan ses kayıtları bilgisayar ortamında yazıya geçirilmiş ve içerik analizi yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Bulgulardan yola çıkılarak ulaşılan yönetim süreçlerinde öğretmenlerle yaşanan sorunlar incelendiğinde öğretmenlerin motivasyon eksikliği, gönüllülük, hizmet içi eğitimlere katılmak istememe, sosyal medya kullanımı, öğretmenlerin öğretim programları konusunda kendilerini yenilemek istememeleri temel sorunlar olarak saptanmıştır. Bu sorunlara çözüm olarak da öğretmenlerin motivasyonlarını artıracak bakanlık düzeyinde teşviklerin işe yarayacağı düşünülerek çözüm önerisi olarak sunulmuştur.

Abstract
This study was conducted to examine the administrative problems experienced by school administrators working in pre-school education institutions with teachers. The problems are experienced with teachers in the processes of decision-making, planning, coordination, organization, communication, influencing and evaluation, which are among the management processes, are discussed in detail. Each management process formed the sub-problems of the study. The sample of the study is an independent kindergarten working in Erzin district of Hatay province and 9 school administrators with a nursery class. The data used in the research were made face to face with a semi-structured interview form. Audio recordings were made during the interviews, the audio recordings were transcribed in the computer environment and analyzed with the content analysis method. When the problems experienced with the teachers in the management processes reached based on the findings were examined, the main problems were determined as the lack of motivation, volunteerism, unwillingness to participate in in-service trainings, use of social media, and teachers' unwillingness to renew themselves in the curriculum.
As a solution to these problems, it has been presented as a solution proposal, considering that the incentives at the ministry level that will increase the motivation of teachers will work.
