Abstract
Karşı aktarım terimi psikanaliz başta olmak üzere psikanalitik psikoterapilerin önemli kavramlarından birini oluşturmaktadır. Psikanalitik kuramda klasik olarak karşı aktarım, terapistin hastaya ve hastanın aktarımına karşı bilinçdışı tepkilerinin tamamı olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Kavrama psikanaliz tarihinin başlangıcından beri çok farklı şekillerde yaklaşıldığı, günümüzde de hala ortak bir yaklaşım etrafında toplanılamadığı görülmektedir. Psikanalizin ilk yıllarında terapistin baş etmesi ve kurtulması gereken aktarımsal bir yanıt olarak görülen kavram, modern psikanalitik psikoterapilerde hastanın bilinçdışına giden yolda kıymetli bir anahtar olarak ele alınmaktadır.
Bu makalede literatür incelemesi yöntemiyle, karşı aktarım kavramının psikanalitik kuram içindeki tarihsel gelişimi, psikoterapi sürecindeki dinamikleri ve görünümleri ele alınmıştır. Çalışma; karşı aktarım kavramının psikoterapideki yorumu, aktarım aşkı, hasta ve terapistin cinsiyetleri ve yansıtmalı özdeşim mekanizması başlıkları ile sınırlandırılmıştır. Kavramın terapötik sürece katkıları ve terapistler için oluşturabileceği zorluklara yer verilmiş, terapistlere önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Çalışmanın psikanalize ilgi duyan tüm öğrencilere, danışanlara ve terapistlere katkı sunması amaçlanmaktadır.

Abstract
The term countertransference constitutes one of the important concepts of pscychoanalytic psychotherapies, especially pscyhoanalysis. In psychoanalytic theory, contertransference is classically defined as all of the therapist’s unconcious responses to the patient and the patient’s transference. It is seen that the concept has been approached in many different ways since the beginning of the history of psychoanalysis, and it still can not be gathered around a common approach today. In the early years of psychoanalysis, the concept, which was seen as a transferential response that the therapist had to cope with and got rid of, is considered as a valuable key on the way to the unconcious of the patient in modern psychoanalytic psychotherapies.
In this article, the historical development of the concept of countertransference in psychoanalytic theory, its dynamic and appearances in the psychotherapy process are discussed with the literatüre review method. This study is limited to the titles of the interpretation of the concept of countertransference in psychotherapy, erotic transference, genders of patients and therapist, and projective identification mechanism. In this study, the contributions of the concept to the therapeutic process and the difficulties it may pose for therapists are included, and suggestions are made to therapists. The aim of the study is to contribute to all students, clients and therapists who are interested in psychoanalysis.
