Abstract
Bu çalışma, destekleme kurslarının paydaşlara katkılarını, farklı paydaşların kurs sürecinde yaşadıkları sorunları ve çözüm önerilerini öğretmenlerin görüşlerine dayalı olarak ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma metodolojisi kullanılmış ve araştırma deseni olarak fenomenoloji olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Batman ili Merkez ilçesinde destekleme kurslarında görev yapan ve ölçüt örnekleme yoluyla belirlenen 15 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Araştırma verilerinin derinlemesine analizi için içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgularda öğretmenlerin destekleme ve yetiştirme kurslarının öğrencilerin okul başarısını artırma, soru çözme becerisini arttırma, fırsat eşitliği sağlama ve sosyal gelişim arttırma açısından öğrencilere katkı sağladığını belirttikleri ve bu süreçte devamsızlık, kursa önemsememe, materyal eksikliği ve ulaşım gibi sorunlarla karşılaştıkları belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
This study aims to reveal the contributions of the support courses to the stakeholders, the problems experienced by the different stakeholders during the course and the solution proposals based on the opinions of the teachers. Qualitative research methodology was used in the research and phenomenology was determined as the research design. The study group of the research consisted of 15 teachers working in support courses in the central district of Batman province in the 2021-2022 academic year and determined by criterion sampling. Content analysis was performed for in-depth analysis of the research data. In the findings, it was determined that the teachers stated that the support and training courses contributed to the students in terms of increasing the school success of the students, increasing the problem solving skills, providing equal opportunities and increasing the social development, and they encountered problems such as absenteeism, neglecting the course, lack of materials and transportation in this process.
