Since communication has an indispensable place and importance in school culture, it was seen that the communication skills of the school principals, who are at the top of the organizational unit of the school organization, are extremely important and it was found appropriate to investigate the communication of the teachers with the school principals. In this study, the communication skills of preschool teachers working in official preschool education institutions in four central districts (Kayapınar, Yenişehir, Bağlar and Sur) in Diyarbakır city center regarding school principals were investigated. The research was designed in the case study pattern of the qualitative research method. In the research, a semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher was used to examine the communication skills of school principals. As a result of the interviews, the opinions of the teachers on the communication skills of the school principals were examined and evaluations were made in the light of the findings.
