Abstract
‘Çocuk Hakları’ kavramı tüm dünyada kabul gören evrensel bir kavram haline gelmiştir. Tüm öğretmenlerin hatta çocuklarla çalışma yapan tüm yetişkinlerin çocuk hakları konusunda yeterli bilgiye sahip olması; çocukların sahip olduğu hakların farkında olmaları, bu hakları nasıl kullanacağıyla ilgili bilinçlendirilmeleri için gerekli çalışmaların yapılması önem arz etmektedir. Bu sebeple bu araştırmada ilkokullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin çocuk haklarına dair bilgi, ilgi ve algı düzeylerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden birisi olan görüşme yöntemi tercih edilmiştir ve çalışmada durum çalışması deseni kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubunda ilkokullarda görev yapan 46 öğretmen yer almaktadır. Çalışma grubunun belirlenmesinde amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden olan kolay ulaşılabilir durum örneklemesi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Verileri toplamak için iki bölümden oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu hazırlanmış, görüşmeler gönüllü öğretmenlerin katılımıyla gerçekleşmiştir. Elde edilen verilerin çözümlenmesinde içerik analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; çocuk haklarının öğretiminde öğretmenlerin önemli yerinin olduğu ve konuyla ilgili farkındalığı artırmak için çocuk hakları ile ilgili eğitimlerin yaygınlaştırılması amacıyla çalışmaların yapılması gerektiği sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır. Teorik bilgiler vermekten ziyade uygulamalı eğitimlerin okullarda daha çok yer almasının, ayrıca ailelere dönük bilinçlendirme çalışmalarının önemi belirlenmiştir. Öğretmenlerin görüşlerine göre; bu konuya ders kitaplarında yer verilmesinin gerekliliğiyle beraber konunun öğrencilerde sınav kaygısı yaratmaması gerekmektedir. Bir diğer sonuç olarak, öğretmenlerin çoğunun çocuk hakları ile ilgili herhangi bir eğitim almamış olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Çocuğun görüşlerinin dikkate alınması ve katılım hakkının kullanılması ile ilgili öğretmenlerin çoğunun bu konuda hassasiyet gösterdikleri belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonunda bulgulara dayalı önerilere yer verilmiştir.

Abstract
The concept of 'Children's Rights' has become a universal concept that is accepted all over the world. It is important to carry out the necessary studies so that all teachers and even all adults who work with children have sufficient knowledge about children's rights, to make the children's awareness of their own rights, and to raise awareness about how to use these rights. For this reason, this study aimed to examine the level of knowledge, interest and perception of primary school teachers about children rights. In this study, the interview method, which is one of the qualitative research methods, was preferred and the case study design was used in the study. There were 46 teachers working in primary schools in the study group. The easily accessible case sampling technique, which is one of the purposeful sampling methods, was used to determine the study group. To collect the data, a semi-structured interview form consisting of 2 parts was prepared, and the interviews were carried out with the volunteer teachers. The content analysis technique was used to analyze the obtained data. As a result of the research; it appears that teachers has an the important role about teaching of children's rights and there is a huge need for studies to expand child rights education in order to raise awareness about this subject. Rather on theoretical knowledge about child rights, the importance of having more practices in schools and the necessity of awareness-raising studies for families were determined. According to the teachers' opinions; along with the necessity of including this subject in the textbooks, the subject should not cause exam anxiety on students. As another result, it was determined that the majority of the teachers had not had any education about children's rights. It was appeared that most of the teachers were sensitive about the consideration of a child's opinions and their using the right to participate. At the end of the study, there are suggestions based on the findings.
