Abstract
Yaşadığımız Dünya’da sanat tarihinin geçmişine bakıldığında 19. y.y.’dan itibaren gerek bilim ve teknoloji gerekse toplum nezdinde radikal değişikliklerin (Fransız İhtilali, Sanayi Devrimi, Rus Devrimi, I. ve II. Dünya Savaşları gibi) olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu oluşumlar toplum ve insan hayatını doğrudan etkilerken aynı zamanda da değiştirmiştir. Bu değişimlerin yansımaları ise toplumu besleyen ve o toplumdan beslenen sanat anlayışlarında da kendini göstererek farklı sanat akımlarının ortaya çıkmasına neden olmuştur.
Bu akımlardan biri olan konstrüktivizm resim, heykel, fotoğraf, mimarlık, tasarım alanlarında Kübizm ve Fütürizm gibi sanat akımlarından etkilenerek ortaya çıkmış bir sanat hareketidir. Rus Devrimi’nin de etkisiyle daha geniş bir kitleye ulaşan bu hareket, çağdaş malzeme ve kompozisyon anlayışını benimsemiş, manifestoları ise “yeni bir toplum ve daha iyi bir dünya” şeklinde olmuştur. I. ve II. Dünya savaşı sırasında yaşanan kaos ortamıyla eş zamanlı olarak oraya çıkan Bauhaus sanat akımından da etkilenmiştir. Konstrüktivizm de Avrupa’dan tüm dünyaya yayılan modern düşünce anlayışlarının temellerinin atıldığı Rus toplum ve kültürünün bir ürünü olmuştur.
Bu makalenin temel amacı fotomontaj tekniğini konstrüktivist etki ile harmanlayan ve yeni bir tasarım üslubu geliştiren, Alexander Rodchenko’nun sanat anlayışını açıklamak ve fotomontaj sanatına katkısını ortaya koymaktır. Makale de öncelikli olarak, Rus konstrüktivizmini ele alıp dönemin şartlarıyla sanatın evrildiği nokta incelenmiş daha sonra fotomontaj tekniğinin gelişimi açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Rodchenko’nun sanat anlayışı ile ilgili bilgiler yanında eserleri üzerinden bazı değerlendirmeler yapılmış olup Rodchencko tasarım üslubunun günümüz tasarımlarındaki yansımasılarına ait örneklere de yer verilmiştir.
Araştırma Literatür taraması sonucunda şekillenen nitel bir araştırmadır. Bu yönüyle betimsel tarama modeline uygundur. Araştırma doğrultusunda ulusal uluslararası dergiler, kitaplar, web sayfaları, konu ile ilgili yapılan tezler incelenmiştir. Ayrıca araştırma, konu açısından Fotomontaj, Rus Konstrüktivizmi, Alexander Rodchenko’nun bazı eserleri ve konstrüktivist etkide kalan 21. yy. tasarımlarından örneklerle sınırlandırılmıştır.

Abstract
When we look at the history of art in the world we live in, it is known that there have been radical changes (such as the French Revolution, Industrial Revolution, Russian Revolution, I. and II. World Wars) both in science and technology and in society since the 19th century. While these formations directly affect the society and human life, they also changed it. The reflections of these changes have also shown themselves in the understanding of art that feeds and nourishes the society and has led to the emergence of different art movements.
Constructivism, one of these movements, is an art movement that emerged by being influenced by art movements such as Cubism and Futurism in the fields of painting, sculpture, photography, architecture, and design. This movement, which reached a wider audience with the influence of the Russian Revolution, adopted the understanding of contemporary materials and composition, and its manifesto was "a new society and a better world". It was also influenced by the Bauhauss art movement, which emerged simultaneously with the chaos environment experienced during the World War I. and II. Constructivism has also been a product of Russian society and culture, where the foundations of modern understandings of thought that spread from Europe to the whole world were laid.
The main purpose of this article is to explain the art understanding of Alexander Rodchenko, who blends the photomontage technique with the constructivist effect and develops a new design style, and to reveal her contribution to the art of photomontage. In the article, firstly, Russian constructivism was discussed and the point where art evolved with the conditions of the period was examined, and then the development of the photomontage technique was tried to be explained. In addition to the information about Rodchenko's understanding of art, some evaluations have been made on her works and examples of the reflection of Rodchencko's design style on today's designs are also included.
The research is qualitative research shaped as a result of literature review. With this aspect, it is suitable for the descriptive survey model. In line with the research, national, international journals, books, web pages, theses on the subject were examined. In addition, the research includes Photomontage, Russian Constructivism, some works of Alexander Rodchenko and 21st century constructivist influence in terms of subject. limited to examples of his designs.
