Abstract
Dünya genelinde sosyoekonomik ve teknolojik gelişimin yaygınlaşmasının kaçınılmaz sonuçlarından birisi de sosyal gruplar arasındaki eşitsizliğin giderek artmasıdır. Bu eşitsizliğin azaltılması için toplumların kendi değer sistemlerinden gelen, geçmişleriyle bağlantılı destekleyici ve düzenleyici dinamikleri bulunmaktadır. Devlet yapılarının amaçlarından birisi de toplumsal refahı yaygınlaştırmak ve geliştirmek olmuştur. Sosyal Girişimcilik ise özellikle sivil inisiyatif sahiplerinin sosyal eşitsizliklerin giderilmesinde sürdürülebilir çalışmalar yapması ve bunları kurumsallaşmaya yöneltmesiyle öne çıkan faaliyetlerdir. Bu makalede Sosyal Girişimcilik kavramı etrafında belirginleşen değerlerin derlenmesine ve örnek projelerin ifadesine çalışılacaktır.

Abstract
One of the inevitable consequences of the spread of socioeconomic and technological development worldwide is the increasing inequality between social groups. In order to reduce this inequality, societies have supportive and regulatory dynamics related to their past, coming from their value systems. One of the aims of state structures has been to promote and improve social welfare. Social Entrepreneurship, on the other hand, is a prominent activity, especially when civil initiative owners carry out sustainable works in eliminating social inequalities and direct them towards institutionalization. In this article, it will be tried to compile the values that are evident around the concept of Social Entrepreneurship and to express the sample projects.
