Abstract
Dünyada pek çok disiplinde yaşanan dijital dönüşüm gerek akademik gerekse kurumsal alandaki eğitim ve öğretim faaliyetlerinde de hızlı bir şekilde görülmektedir. Dersi veren eğitimci ile ders alan kişi arasında alışılmıştan farklı bir bağlantı kuran dijital dönüşüm aynı zamanda istenildiği durumlarda eğitim alanında mekân ve zaman sınırını da ortadan kaldırmaktadır. Yaşanılan bu değişim bazı kesimlerde olumlu karşılık bulurken bazı kesimlerde ise ani değişimlerin olumsuzlukları da beraberinde getirdiği inancı savunulmaktadır. Bu çalışmada da teknolojinin gelişimiyle birlikte dünyada başlayan dijital dönüşümün eğitim alanında uygulanmasının başarıyı elde etmede geleneksel yöntemlere kıyasla olumlu etkiler yaratıp yaratmadığı üzerine uzmanların görüşünün alınması amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda karmaşık konuların bütüncül bir şekilde ele alınmasına, konu üzerinde görüşlerin toplanmasına, konuya dair bileşenlerin öncelik ve önem sırasının belirlenmesine ve uzlaşı sağlanamayan bir konu üzerinde görüş birliğine varılmasına zemin hazırlayan Delphi tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Bu teknik nicel araçlardan faydalanan nitel bir görüş toplama, tahmin ve mutabakat yöntemidir. İlgili konudaki uzman olan kişilerle gerçekleştirilen Delphi tekniğinin kullanıldığı bu çalışmada akademisyenler, uzman eğiticiler ve eğitimle alakalı sivil toplum yöneticilerinden oluşan bir grupla elektronik ortamda görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiş ve elde edilen veriler analiz edilerek yorumlanmıştır. Ayrıca bu çalışmanın uygulama aşamasındayken Delphi tekniğinin 1. turu tamamlandıktan sonra tüm dünyada COVID-19 salgını görülmüş ve ülke genelinde okulların kapatılması nedeni ile zorunlu olarak uzaktan eğitime geçilmiştir. Dolayısıyla uzmanlar uygulamalı olarak ülkenin her bölgesinde ve tüm sınıflarda yaşanan sistemin avantaj ve dezavantajlarını görmüş ve akabinde tekniğin 2. turu tamamlanmıştır. Bu süreçten sonra 1.tur ve 2.tur uzaman cevapları arasındaki uyum ve uyumsuzlukların da değerlendirilmesi mümkün olmuştur. Elde edilen bulgular ve sonuçların ilgili eğitim organları ve bağlantılı disiplinler tarafından değerlendirilmeye alınmasının bu alanda yapılması planlanan çalışmalara katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

Abstract
Digital transformation in many disciplines around the world is rapidly seen in education and training activities in both academic and institutional fields. The digital transformation, which creates a different connection between the lecturer and the lecturer, also removes the space and time limit in the field of education when desired. While this change has found a positive response in some segments, the belief that sudden changes bring along negativities in some segments is advocated. In this study, it is aimed to get the opinions of the experts on whether the application of digital transformation, which started in the world with the development of technology, in the field of education has positive effects on success compared to traditional methods. In this regard, Delphi technique was used, which provides a basis for the complex handling of complex issues, gathering views on the topic, determining the priority and importance order of the components related to the subject, and reaching a consensus on a subject that cannot be compromised. This technique is a qualitative method of gathering, estimating and reconciling, using quantitative tools. In this study, using the Delphi technique, which was carried out with experts on the subject, interviews were conducted electronically with a group of academicians, specialist trainers and educational civil society managers, and the data obtained were analyzed and interpreted. In addition, during the implementation phase of this study, after the first round of Delphi technique was completed, COVID-19 epidemic was observed all over the world and distance education was compulsory due to the closure of schools across the country. Therefore, experts have practically seen the advantages and disadvantages of the system in every region and all classes of the country, and then the second round of the technique has been completed. After this process, it was possible to evaluate the harmony and incompatibilities between 1st and 2nd round prolonged answers. It is thought that evaluating the findings and results obtained by the relevant educational organs and related disciplines will contribute to the studies planned in this are.
