Abstract
Postmodern mimarlığın bir ürünü olarak ortaya çıkan cephecilik, tarihi yapının bir ya da birkaç cephesinin korunarak iç mekanda güncel uygulamalar yapmaya imkan sağlayan bir uygulamadır. Tarihsel süreç içerisinde kentsel gelişimi destekleyenler ve korumacılar arasında birçok tartışmaya sebep olsa da hem güncel ihtiyaçlara cevap veren mekanlar üretmesi hem de geçmiş ile bağlantı kurması gibi çeşitli nedenlerle tercih edilen bir uygulama olmuştur. Bu uygulamalarda cephe gerisindeki yeni yapının tarihi cepheyle bütünleşmesinde nasıl bir yaklaşım izlediğini tespit etmek bu çalışmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Bu doğrultuda Pinterest uygulamasından erişilen ve sadece cepheciliğin uygulandığı 30 adet yapı tespit edilmiş ve belirlenen bu örnekleme göre bir tipoloji oluşturulmuştur.

Abstract
The facadism, which emerged as a product of postmodern architecture, is a practice that allows the preservation of one or more facades of the historical building and to make up-to-date applications in the interior. Although it has caused a lot of controversy among conservationists and supporters of urban development in the historical process, it has been a preferred practice for a variety of reasons, such as both producing spaces that respond to current needs and connecting them with the past. In these applications, the aim of this study is to determine how the new structure behind the facade is integrated with the historical facade. In this direction, 30 structures accessed from Pinterest application and applied only facade were identified and a typology was established according to this sample.
