GÜZEL SANATLAR LİSELERİ İÇİN YAYINLANMIŞ ÖĞRETİM PROGRAMLARI VE MÜZİK DERSLERİNİN BU PROGRAMLARDA YER ALMA DURUMLARINA İLİŞKİN DEĞERLENDİRME

Abstract
Güzel Sanatlar Liseleri (GSL); müziksel çalma, dinleme ve söyleme becerisi elde etme, müziği kavrama, müzik belleği oluşturma ve mesleki müzik eğitimine zemin oluşturma amacı ile örgün eğitim kapsamında hizmet veren kuruluşlardır. Temelinde özengen olup mesleki anlamda hizmet veren bu kurumlarda, istenilen hedeflere ulaşabilmek ve güzel sanatların önemli bir kolu olan müzik eğitimi için gerekli temel bilgi ve becerilerin belirli bir plan dahilinde öğretilebilmesi amacıyla çeşitli öğretim programları yayınlanmıştır. Araştırma; GSL okullarının kurulduğu günden bugüne yapısında gerçekleşen değişim ve gelişimlerin paralelinde yayınlanan öğretim programlarının neler olduğunu ortaya çıkarmak ve müzik alanına ilişkin derslerin bu öğretim programlarında yer alma durumlarının hangi düzeyde olduğunun tespitine ilişkin genel değerlendirme yapmak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmada “Tarama Modeli” kullanılmış olup, verilere ilişkin dokümanlara kaynak taraması yapılarak ulaşılmıştır. Bu bağlamda; GSL okulları için yayınlanmış öğretim programları ve müzik derslerinin öğretim programlarında yer alma durumları tespit edilmiş, ulaşılan verilere ilişkin analizler yapılarak sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır.

Fine Arts High Schools (GSL); They are organizations that provide services within the scope of formal education with the aim of acquiring musical playing, listening and speaking skills, understanding music, creating a musical memory, and laying the groundwork for vocational music education. Various education programs have been published in order to achieve the objectives stated in the establishment aims and to teach the basic knowledge and skills required for music education, which is an important branch of fine arts, within a certain plan in these institutions, which are essentially self-centered but provide professional service. The research has been prepared in order to reveal the curricula published in parallel with the changes and developments that have taken place in the structure of GSL schools since the day they were founded, and to make a general assessment of the level of inclusion of the courses in the field of music in these curricula. "Scan Model" was used in the research, and documents related to the data were accessed by scanning the source. In this context, the published curricula for GSL schools and the availability of music lessons in these curricula were determined, and the results were interpreted by making various analyzes on the data obtained.
