Abstract
İnsanlık tarihinin her döneminde yaşanan salgınlar, tarihin her döneminde çok sayıda insanın hayatını kaybetmesine yol açmıştır. Kasım 2019’da Çin’de ortaya çıkan Covid-19 salgını, Mart 2020’de Dünya Sağlık Örgütü (DSÖ)’nce “pandemi – birçok coğrafyayı bir arada tehdit eden yaygın salgın” olarak ilan edilmiş, ortaya çıktığı günden beri dünya ölçeğinde hızla yayılarak milyonlarca insanın ölümüne neden olmuştur. Gündelik yaşamı derinden etkileyerek kısa bir süre içinde küresel ekonomiyi de tehdit eder hale gelen pandemi, üretim, tüketim ve yatırım harcamalarının seyrini olumsuz yönde değiştirerek gerek reel sektör gerekse finans sektörü açısından toparlanması uzun sürecek bir sürecin başlamasına sebebiyet vermiştir. Bu çalışmada Pandeminin finansal piyasalar üzerindeki etkileri yatırımcı davranışları penceresinden incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla hazırlanan anket çalışmasıyla Covid 19 pandemisinin, finansal piyasalarda yatırım yapan bireysel yatırımcı davranışlarına etkileri davranışsal finans perspektifinden araştırılmaktadır.

Abstract
Epidemics in every period of human history have led to the death of many people for centuries. The Covid-19 epidemic, which emerged in China in November 2019, was declared by the World Health Organization (WHO) in March 2020 as a "pandemic - a widespread epidemic that threatens many geographies together" and since its inception, it has spread rapidly around the world, causing the death of millions of people. The pandemic, which deeply affected daily life and became a threat to the global economy in a short time, changed the course of production, consumption and investment expenditures negatively, causing the start of a process that would take a long time to recover in terms of both the real sector and the financial sector. In this study, the effects of the Pandemic on financial markets have been tried to be examined from the perspective of investor behavior. With the survey study prepared for this purpose, the effects of the Covid 19 pandemic on the behavior of individual investors investing in financial markets are investigated from a behavioral finance perspective.
