Abstract
Örgüt veya işletmelerin kurumsal yapılaşma süreçlerinin sonucunu ve biçimini ifade eden göstergelerden birisi de Yönetim Organizasyon Şemalarıdır. Organizasyon şemaları, işletme veya örgütün temel işlevlerinin yanı sıra, diğer fonksiyonlarının hiyerarşik düzendeki yerlerini de gösterir. Türkiye’deki hastanelerin organizasyon şemalarının web sitelerinde yayınlanması Sağlık Bakanlığı tarafından yayımlanan Sağlıkta Kalite Standartları (SKS) Hastane sürüm 6.1 gereği zorunludur. Bu araştırmada kamu hastanelerinin web sitelerinde yayınlanan Organizasyon Şemaları incelenerek şekil ve içerik düzeni açısından SKS kriterlerine uygunluk analizleri yapılmıştır. Çalışma evreni olarak, araştırma sırasında Sağlık Bakanlığınca yayınlanmış olan 2. ve 3. Basamak sağlık kuruluşları listesindeki 100 yatak ve üstü kapasiteli hastaneler alınmıştır. Bu durumda listede yer alan 741 hastaneden 357’si araştırma kapsamına girmektedir.

Abstract
One of the indicators that express the result and form of the institutional structuring processes of the organization or enterprises is the Management Organization Charts. Organization charts show the basic functions of the business or organization, as well as the place of other functions in the hierarchical order. The publication of the organizational charts of the hospitals in Turkey on the websites is mandatory in accordance with the Health Quality Standards (HQS) Hospital version 6.1 published by the Ministry of Health. In this research, the Organization Charts published on the websites of public hospitals were examined and the analysis of compliance with the HQS criteria in terms of form and content order was made. Hospitals with a capacity of 100 beds and above in the list of 2nd and 3rd level health institutions published by the Ministry of Health during the research were taken as the study universe. In this case, 357 out of 741 hospitals in the list are included in the research.
