Abstract
Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'nun geleneksel giyim tarzı, eski Türk uygarlıklarından bu yana çeşitli coğrafi kültürlerden etkilenmiş ve şekillenmiştir. Saray halkının ve halkın kıyafetleri birbirinden oldukça farklıdır. Halk, pamuklu kumaşlardan yapılmış daha sade giysiler giyerken, Osmanlı hareminde padişah ve cariyeler gösterişli ve eşsiz süslü giysiler giyerlerdi. Osmanlı saray kadınının giyim, aksesuar ve kumaş tercihleri de halktan farklıdır. Osmanlı döneminde saray kadınlarının ve saray kadınlarının giyimleri de dönemin siyasi, kültürel ve coğrafi konumlarından etkilenmiştir. Giyim zevkleri ve tercihleri farklıydı. Bunda eski Türk geleneksel giyim kültürünün de etkisi büyüktür. Saray kadınları, hiyerarşik konumlarını kıyafetlerinin ve aksesuarlarının gösterişliliği ile belirtmişlerdir.

Abstract
The traditional clothing style of the Ottoman Empire has been influenced and formed by various geographical cultures since the old Turkish civilizations. The dress of the people of the palace and the people is quite different from each other. Clothing has ceased to be just a covering and has become a sign of status and has meanings like magnificence. While the people wore simpler clothes made of cotton fabrics, the sultans and concubines in the Ottoman harem wore ostentatious and unique ornate clothes. The clothing, accessories and fabric preferences of the Ottoman court woman are also different from the people. The clothing of courtiers and public women in the Ottoman period was also influenced by the political, cultural and geographical locations of the period. Clothing tastes and preferences varied. The effect of the ancient Turkish traditional clothing culture is also great in this.
