Abstract
İddiamıza göre yeni muhafazakâr ideoloji, dinsel düşünüşün yasallıklarını yeniden ortalama insanın yaşamına sokan ve “onu basit ihtiyaç öznesi” olarak algılayıp tahlil ederek yeniden üreten ve sıradan insanı bu haliyle siyasallaştırmayı amaç edinen bir ideolojidir. Bu siyasallaşma aynı zamanda, depolitizasyon ve ardından apolitikliğe doğru giden paradoksal bir süreç içinde, “toplumun birincil öğeleri savunulmak durumunda olmadığında ve siyasetten bihaberken, kendini en mutlu hisseden” insanı yaratma gayretidir. Dinsel düşünüşün yasallıklarının yeniden bir siyasal düşünce formunda ortalama insanın hayatına sokulmasının anahtarı ise yeni muhafazakârlığın kendine has hümanizm anlayışıdır. Muhafazakâr hümanizmaya göre insan her şeyin ölçüsüdür ancak bu insan teomorfdur. Bu dünyadaki varlığının ötesinde, aşkın bir varoluşa sahiptir. Muhafazakârlık antroposantrik hümanizmin karşına koyduğu kendine has hümanizm anlayışını Teosantrik olarak adlandır.

Abstract
This paper will focus on the central place of the theological thinking which neoconservatism - as a cardinal constituent of new right- puts in, at the period of redefinition of the politics and in the transformation of the World. According to our argument neoconservatism is an ideology that recalls the rules of theological thinking into the daily life of the average human person. Neoconservative doctrine covers, analyses and regenerates human person as a simple subject of needs and aims to politicize him/her as such. This politicization is a paradoxical period going through from depoliticization to apolitical. Also, an afford to create the happiest human person while he/she is unconscious of politics and the essential propositions of the social organization do not have to be defended. According to the conservative Humanism, men are the measure of all things, but this man is absolutely theomorphic.
