Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı sağlık turizmi konusunu ele alan bilimsel yayınların araştırma eğilimlerini bilim haritalama tekniği ile ortaya koymaktır. Bu bağlamda veri analizi açısından bilim haritalama ve bibliyometrik analiz açısından en prestijli ve en uygun veri tabanı olan Web of Science veri tabanı kullanılmıştır. Belirli bir arama stratejisi ile belirlenmiş, 1997-2019 yılları arasında yer alan 879 adet ingilizce makale, R tabanlı Bibliyometrix Programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan bu bibliyometrik analizde, sağlık turizmi konusu ile ilgili en etkili kaynaklar, yazarlar, kurumlar, bunlar arasındaki iş birliği ve atıf ağları; ülkelerin bilimsel üretim ve işbirliği haritaları; dokümanlar ile ilgili olarak dinamik kelime analizleri, ortak atıf ağları ve tematik gelişim haritalarına değinilmiştir. Bu çalışma, sağlık turizmi konusuna ilgi duyan tüm araştırmacılar açısından bilimsel bir yol haritası ortaya koymaktadır. Ayrıca konu ile ilgili yapılan tematik ve stratejik gelişim haritası ile yıllara göre araştırma eğilimlerini incelemek açısından da önemli bir kaynak niteliğindedir.

Abstract
This study aims to reveal the research tendencies of scientific publications dealing with the issue of health tourism with the science mapping technique. In this context, the most prestigious and most appropriate database Web of Science was used in terms of data analysis, science mapping and bibliometric analysis. 879 English articles between 1997 and 2019, determined with a specific search strategy, were analyzed using the R-based Bibliometrix Program. In this bibliometric analysis, the most effective sources on the subject of health tourism, authors, institutions and their cooperation and citation networks, scientific production and cooperation maps of countries, dynamic word analysis concerning documents, co-citation networks and thematic development maps were mentioned. This study provides a scientific roadmap for all researchers and stakeholders interested in health tourism. Besides, it is an important resource in terms of examining the thematic and strategic development map prepared on the subject and research trends over the years.
