DİN KARDEŞLİĞİNİ VE BİRLİĞİ TAVSİYE EDEN HADİSLERİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ -BUHÂRÎ’NİN KİTÂBÜ’L-EDEB’İ ÖRNEĞİNDE-

Abstract
Sosyal ve medeni bir varlık olan insan, başkalarından etkilenerek ve onları etkileyerek yaşamını sürdürür. Bu etki neticesinde yarar veya zarar gördüğü gibi, sosyalleşme noktasında da mesafe kat ettiğini fark eder. İnsanın sosyalliğine ve toplum hayatına çok önem veren İslam dini, Müslüman ferdin topluma karşı hak ve ödevlerini düzenlemekten geri durmamıştır. Zira hayatın her alanında söz sahibi olan bir dinin böyle olması kaçınılmazdır. Müslümanların dini anlamda temel iki kaynağından ikincisi olan hadislerde de Müslümanın toplumla ilişkisini sağlamlaştırmaya yönelik ilke ve prensiplerin işlendiğini görmekteyiz. Bu bağlamda Müslümanlar arasında kardeşliği ve Müslüman toplumdaki birlikteliği tavsiye eden rivayetlerin olması her konuda ümmetine örneklik teşkil eden ve üsve-i hasene olan Hz. Peygamber’in (sas) bu konulara verdiği ehemmiyeti tüm açıklığıyla göstermektedir. Bu konudaki hadis rivayetlerine bakıldığında, Sahîh-i Buhârî diye meşhur olan İmam Buhârî’nin el-Câmiu’s-sahîh’inde özellikle Kitâbü’l-edeb (Edeb Bölümü) içerisinde bazılarının öne çıktığı görülecektir. Bu makalede ilgili hadis rivayetleri söz konusu Kitâbü’l-edeb örneğinde ele alınacaktır. Hadisler ele alınırken öncelikle bir bütünlük içerisinde incelenecek, İmam Buhârî’nin el-Câmiu’s-sahîh’i üzerinde yapılmış olan meşhur şerhlerin ışığında, günümüze yön verecek bazı noktalar ve takip edilecek bazı yöntemler tespit edilmeye çalışılacaktır. Zira Müslümanlar olarak dayanışma ruhu ile hareket edip, birlik ve kardeşliği sağlayacak yolları takip etmeliyiz. Birlik ve kardeşlik ruhunu yakalayan toplumların başarılı olmaması ve ileri gitmemesi düşünülemez.

Islam, which attaches great importance to the sociability and social life of people, did not hesitate to regulate the rights and duties of the Muslim individual against the society. Because it is inevitable for a religion that has a say in every aspect of life. In the hadiths, which are the second of the two main sources of Muslims in terms of religion, we see that the principles and principles aimed at strengthening the relationship of the Muslim with the society are employed. In this context, there are rumors recommending brotherhood among Muslims and unity in the Muslim community. It clearly shows the importance given to these issues by the Prophet (PBUH). When we look at the hadith narrations on this subject, it will be seen that some of them stand out especially in the Kitab al-adab (Department of Adab) in the al-Jamiu's-sahîh of Imam Bukhari, who is famous as Sahîh-i Bukhari. In this article, the relevant hadith narrations will be discussed in the example of Kitab al-adab. While dealing with hadiths, first of all, it will be examined in integrity, and in the light of the famous commentaries made on Imam Bukhari's al-Jamiu's-sahîh, some points that will guide the present day and some methods to be followed will be determined. Because, as Muslims, we must act with the spirit of solidarity and follow the paths that will ensure unity and brotherhood. It is unthinkable that societies that capture the spirit of unity and brotherhood will not succeed or advance.
