Abstract
Ülkelerin rejimi ve siyasal sistemleriyle ilgili bilgi veren temel göstergelerden biri siyasi parti sistemleridir. Toplumdan topluma kültürden kültüre farklılıklar gösteren parti sistemleri aynı toplumda süreç içerinde değişebilme özelliğine de sahiptir. Söz konusu bu farklılıklar ve değişim, parti sistemlerinin boşlukta doğmadığına, onlara vücut veren, değiştirip dönüştüren dinamiklerin var olduğuna işaret etmektedir. Literatürde parti sistemleriyle ilgili bilimsel çalışmalar bulunmaktadır. Ancak bu çalışmalar siyasi parti sistemlerini yaratan dinamiklerden ziyade onların türlerinin tespiti ve tasnifine yoğunlaşmış durumdadır. Bu bağlamda çalışma, cumhuriyet dönemi Türk siyasal hayatında ilk kez karşılaşılan ve hâkim parti sistemine örnek gösterilen AKP iktidarı dönemini, seçmenlerin siyasal yönelimlerini etkilediği ifade edilen, vaatler ve icraatlar üzerinden analiz etmektir. Çalışmada benimsenen yöntem literatür ve belgesel kaynak tarama yöntemidir.

Abstract
One of the main indicators giving information about the regime and political systems of the countries are political party systems. Party systems which differ from society to society, from culture to culture, have the feature of able to change in the process in the same society. These differences and change indicate that party systems are not born in space, and there are dynamics that give them body, change and transform them. There are scientific studies about party systems in the literature. However, these studies focus on the identification and classification of their types rather than the dynamics that create political party systems. In this context, the study is to analyze the AKP government period, which has been encountered for the first time in Turkish political life in the republican period and which shown as dominant party system, through its promises and performances which is expressed to affect to political orientation of voter. The method adopted in the study is the literature and documentary source scanning method.
