Abstract
Elektrogitar eğitimi kapsamında yürütülen çalışmada hem nota, hem de tablature ile eser çalışmanın öğrencilerin başarısı üzerindeki etkisi farklı uygulamalar ile denenmiştir. Bu kapsamda araştırmacılardan biri tarafından özel ders verilmekte olan öğrencilerden çalışma grubu oluşturulmuştur. Çalışma grubu ile ilk olarak ön test uygulanmış ve denklik düzeyleri belirlenmiştir. Ön test sonrasında aynı öğrenciler ile üç farklı eser üç farklı uygulama deseni ile çalışılmıştır. İlk uygulamada birinci eser sadece nota ile çalışılmış, ikinci uygulamada diğer eser sadece tablature ile öğretilmiştir. Son uygulamada ise üçüncü eser hem nota, hem de tablature bir arada verilerek öğretilmiştir. Bu uygulamalar için araştırmacılar tarafından birbirine eşdeğer üç farklı alıştırma yazılmıştır. Öğrencilerin performansları elektrogitara uygun biçimde tasarlanmış bir puanlama anahtarı ile ölçülmüş, elde edilen sayısal veriler istatistiksel analize tabi tutulmuştur. İstatistik süreçte ilk olarak normal dağılım varsayımının karşılanıp karşılanmadığına bakılmış, verilerin normal dağıldığı anlaşıldığı için Anova testi yapılması uygun görülmüştür. Ölçüm sonuçlarına göre üç uygulamada da iyi sonuçlar elde edilmesine karşın hem nota, hem de tab ile sunulan materyalin daha iyi anlaşıldığı gözlenmiştir.

Abstract
In the study carried out within the scope of electric guitar education, the effect of working with both note and tablature on the success of students was tested with different applications. In this context, a study group was formed by the students who taking special lesson with one of the researchers. The pre-test was applied with the study group and equivalence levels were determined. After the pre-test, three different works with the same students were studied with three different application patterns. In the first application, the first work was studied with notes only and in the second application the other work was taught with tablature only. In the last application, both the note and the tablature were taught together. For these applications three different exercises which equivalent with each other were written by the researchers. Students' performances were measured with an evaluation scale designed in accordance with the electric guitar, and the obtained numerical data were investigated with statistical analysis. In the statistical process, firstly, it was found out whether the normal distribution assumption was met or not, since it was understood that the data was distributed normally, it was considered appropriate to perform Anova test. Although good results were obtained in all three applications according to the measurement results, it was observed that the material presented in both note and tab was better understood.
