Abstract
Futbol, oyun olarak ortaya çıkmış olmasına rağmen, günümüzde bir endüstri haline gelmiştir. Diğer branşlardan farklı bir profesyonel yapıya sahip olmuş, bu yüzden futbol kulüplerinin başarıya ulaşmaları ve verimli bir strateji oluşturulabilmeleri için profesyonel bir yönetim anlayışına sahip olmaları gerekmektedir. Futbolun profesyonel bir yapıya dönüşmesiyle beraber ekonomik alanda işleyen bir yapı haline gelmiştir. Bu ekonomik yapıyı yönetebilmek için de profesyonel kulüp yönetimlerine sahip olmak gerekmektedir. Bu çalışma Avrupa futbol kulüpleri ile Beşiktaş Jimnastik Kulübü`nün yönetimsel olarak karşılaştırılmasını içermektedir. Çalışma nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Avrupa futbol kulüplerinin ve Beşiktaş Futbol Takımı`nın yönetim şekillerini belirlemek amacıyla yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Bu görüşmede katılımcılara hazırlanan 4 soru sorulmuştur. Yönetimsel olarak başarılı takımlar arasından seçilen Avrupa kulüplerinin yönetim yapıları incelenmiş, Beşiktaş Jimnastik Kulübü`nün yapısı ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, profesyonel kadrolardan oluşan yönetimlerin etkili bir yapı oluşturdukları ve uzun vadede stratejiler geliştirerek ekonomik alanda başarılı bir grafik çizdikleri görülmüştür.

Abstract
In today’s World, the emerging game of football has become an industry. It has a professional structure that is different from other branches, so football clubs must have a professional management approach in order to achieve success and to form an efficient strategy. With the transformation of football into a professional structure, it has become an important part of the world’s economy. In order to manage this economic structure, it is necessary to have a professional club management. This study includes the administrative comparison of European football clubs and Beşiktaş club. In this study, qualitative research method is used. In order to determine the different management types of European football clubs and Besiktas football team, interviews were conducted with semi-structured interview technique. In this interview, 4 questions were asked to the participants. The management structures of European clubs selected among the successfully managed teams were examined and compared with the structure of Beşiktaş club. As a result of the study, it is seen that teams managed with a professional approach formed effective structures and developed long-term strategies while producing a successful graph in the economic field.
