Abstract
Ahlak ve adalet düsturları, insanlığın en temel ilkeleridir. Ahlakî açıdan bireyleri yetiştirmek ve içtimaî açıdan adaletli toplumları oluşturmak insanlık tarihinin en önemli hedefidir. Ahlaklı bireyler adaletli toplumların temel taşı iken, adaletli toplumlar da ahlaklı bireylerin koruyucusudur. Bunlar birbirileri için olmazsa olmaz olgulardır. Ahlak, insan tabiatında yerleşik bulunan bir meleke, bir huy ve bir haldır. Adalet ise, fıtrat üzere olmak, ifrat ve tefritten uzak durmak ve vasatı korumaktır. İnsan fıtratında yer alan duyguların aşırılıktan kaçınarak ideal fonksiyonunu gerçekleştirmesi, insanın iyilik üzere olmasını ve ahlakî roller üstlenmesini sağlar. Ahlakî olgunluğa ancak, adalet erdemine ulaşmakla mümkündür. Adalet olmadan ahlak olmaz. İnsanoğlu fıtraten birçok duygu ve eğilime sahiptir. Bunların en temel olanı akıl, öfke ve şehvettir. Onun tabiatında yerleşik bulunan bu duygular doğuştan tabiî olarak sınırlandırılmadığından muamelatta birtakım problemler yaşanabilmektedir. Onun için İslam’da, ahlak ve adalet temelli bireylerin yetiştirilmesi ve bir sosyal düzenin oluşturulması, insanların irade ve arzularına bırakılmamıştır. Bundan dolayı, ahlak ve adalet merkezli bireyleri yetiştirmek ve toplumları oluşturmak için Yüce Allah birçok örnek peygamber gönderdiği gibi, bu peygamberlerin en sonuncusu olan Hz. Muhammed’i ise, en mükemmel bir ahlakla donatarak göndermiştir. Zira o, insanlık için ahlakı tamamlayan, büyük bir ahlak üzere olan, vahyin bildirdiği ahlak ve adalete en güzel bir şekilde uyan ve mutlak anlamda örnek alınması gereken bir peygamberdir. Dolayısıyla o, hem birey açısından ahlaklı hem de toplum açısında adalet üzere istikametli bir yapının prototipi olarak yaşamış biridir. Onun için biz bu makalemizde, beşere örnek olmak üzere, O’nun hem kendi nefsinde hem de insanî ilişkilerde sahip olduğu ve tavsiye ettiği tutum, geliştirdiği ahlak ve uyguladığı adalet hakkındaki söz ve davranışlarına değineceğiz.

Principles of morality and justice is the most basic principles of humanity. Morally trained indiviuals and socially created a fair societies is the most important goal of the history of mankind. While moral individuals are the cornerstone of fair society, fair societies are also protector for moral individuals. These are the indispensable cases for each other. Moral is a built into the human natüre as a talent, a character, a stiation. Justice is also being to natüre, has abstained from exageration to tephrite, has protected to ordinary. Emotions in human natüre that is performing the ideal function avoiding extravagant, has provided that human is being to goodness and is undertaking morality roles. It is impossible that reach the virtue of justice but by morality maturity. No moral without justice. Mankind has a lot of emotions naturally. The most basic of these are reason, anger and lust. Because emotions that is in built his natüre haven’t been confined, a number of problems have occured in human relationships. Therefor in Islam, trained individuals of moral and justice based and the creation of a social order haven’t been allowed to people's will and desires. Therefore, as Almighty God sent a lof of ezample prophet for individuals that they are trained as moral and justice based and the creation of a social order, He has sent by equiping. The Prophet Muhammed who is the last of the prophets by perfect morality. He is a prophet that has completed the moral, has a big moral, has adapted a moral and a justice that the revelation has declared with the most beautiful way and has been took a sample by absolutely. Because he lived as a prototyp of a structure that was both moral fort he individual and directed towards justice fort he society. For this reason, in this article, we will talk about human beings as an example of human self and ina human ralations about their attitudes, moral values and justice.
