Abstract

Türkiye’de yapılan genel seçimler 2015 yılında ilk defa hükümet kurulamaması nedeniyle tekrarlanmış, tekrarlanan genel seçimlerde oy oranları ve hükümetin yapısı bağlamında önemli farklılıklar oluşmuştur. 7 Haziran 2015 tarihinde yapılan genel seçimlerde Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi (AK PARTİ)’nin 13 yıllık tek başına iktidarı sona ermiş, koalisyon hükümeti zorunluluğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Hükümet kurulamaması nedeniyle seçimlerin tekrarlanmasına karar verilmiş ve yapılan genel seçimlerde oyunu yaklaşık yüzde on oranında artıran AK PARTİ tekrar tek başına iktidar olanağını elde etmiştir. Gerek ortaya çıkan iktidar yapısı gerekse oluşan oy oranı farklılığı bağlamında hazırlanan bu çalışmada AK PARTİ’nin kamuoyuna duyurduğu seçim beyannameleri ve bu beyannameler doğrultusunda seçmene sunulan mesajlar siyasal iletişim açısından değerlendirilmiştir.
