Abstract
Tercüme-i Ahkâm-ı Nücûm, Hüseyin b. Sefer tarafından 1 Safer 1032’de (5 Aralık 1622) istinsah edilen astroloji bilimine ait bir ahkâm kitabıdır. Eser, gezegenlerin insanların gündelik işlerine, hayvanlara, bitkilere, madenlere etki ettiğine dair inanışları ve astronomi ilmine ait bilgileri ihtiva etmektedir. Bu bağlamda eserde, yıldızların hareketinden yola çıkarak, yeme içme düzeni, burçların nitelikleri, belirli gün ve ayların Arapça ve Yunanca karşılıkları, herhangi bir hastalığa maruz kalındığında yapılması gerekenler; sefere çıkma, ağaç dikme, ekin ekme, tırnak kesme, ata binme, kan alma ve aldırma, elbise dikme, tıraş olma, hamama gitmek vb. için en uygun zaman tespit edilmeye çalışıldığı görülür. Bu çalışmanın amacı, astroloji ve astronomi ile ilgili genel bilgiler verildikten sonra Tercüme-i Ahkâm-ı Nücûm adlı eserin tanıtılması ve içeriğinin değerlendirilmesidir.

Abstract
Tercüme-i Ahkâm-ı Nücûm, an important astrological work of the 17th century, is a book of fortune that has been copied by Hüseyin b. Safer in 1 Safer 1032 (5 December 1622). The work contains beliefs about planets affecting people’s affairs, animals, plants, mining, and science of astronomy. In this work, we gave general information about astrology and astronomy, and then we tried to introduce Tercüme-i Ahkâm-ı Nücûmand in detail and we analyzed ıts content. In this context, in the work, starting from the movement of the stars, eating habits, the characteristics of the horoscope, Arabic and Greek equivalents of certain days and months, what should be done when any disease is exposed; expedition, planting trees, planting crops, cutting nails, riding horses, taking blood and getting dressed, sewing clothes, shaving, going to bathhouse etc. it is seen that the most appropriate time is determined. The aim of this study, is to give introducing Tercüman-i Ahkâm-ı Nücûm and the content of the work after general information about a astrology and astronomy.
