Abstract
Günümüzde, değişen yaşam şekli ile değişen ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda kullanılan ürünler de değişmiştir. Geleneksel çömlekçilerin üretimlerine alternatif olarak, kullanımı, pişmiş toprak ürünlere göre daha pratik, daha ucuz ve kırılganlığı daha az olan, ürünlerin üretimi, teknoloji ile gelişmiş ve kullanımı yaygınlaşmıştır. Bardak yerine plastik şişe, testi yerine termos, kil çömlek yerine plastik tas, küp yerine plastik bidon ve benzeri ürünler günümüzde tercih edilmektedir. Gelenek ve göreneklerin yaşatıldığı yörelerde ise geleneksel olarak üretilen bazı formlar günümüzde de kullanılmaya ve üretilmeye devam etmektedir. Yemek kültüründe değiştirilmesi zor olan bazı tatlara yönelik üretimler güveç, testi gibi formlar alternatiflerine rağmen günümüzde hala tercih edilmektedir. Bu çalışmada; Uşak’ın Sivaslı İlçesinde halen kullanılmakta olan çömlek ürünlerinin tespit edilmesi kaynak kişiler ile görüşülmesi ve bu konu ile ilgili belgeleme, envanter çalışmalarının yapılması aşamalarından oluşmaktadır. Kültürümüzde ve yaşadığımız topraklarda geleneğimizin önemli bir alanı olan “çömlekçilik” sanatının Sivaslı ilçesinde üretilmiş olan ürünlerin tespit edilmesi, belgelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır.

Nowadays, the changing lifestyle has changed in line with changing needs. As an alternative to the production of traditional pottery, its use is more practical, cheaper and less fragile compared to terracotta products. Plastic bottles instead of glasses, thermos instead of test, plastic pot instead of clay pots, plastic bins instead of cubes and similar products are preferred today. Some of the traditionally produced forms continue to be used and produced in the regions where traditions and traditions are kept alive. Despite the alternatives such as stew and test, some of the tastes that are difficult to change in the food culture are still preferred today. In this study; The determination of the pottery products used in Sivaslı district of Uşak is made up of the discussion with source persons and documentation of this subject, inventory studies and production of new pottery. It is aimed to identify and document the products produced in Sivaslı district of the art of Sivas pottery çilik, which is an important area of our tradition in our culture and in the land we live.
