Abstract
Günümüz popüler söylemlerinden globalleşme ile birlikte bazı problemlerin gün yüzüne çıkması kaçınılmaz olmuştur. Bu problemlerin en fazla hissedildiği yerlerden birisi de kuşkusuz vergi sistemleridir. Globalleşme beraberinde ülkelerin vergi sistemlerinde ortaya çıkan zararlar global vergi problemlerinin ortaya çıkmasında rol oynamıştır. Bu problemlerden en mühim olanlarından birisi de transfer fiyatlandırması olarak önümüze gelmektedir.

Today's popular discourses with globalization inevitably some problems has been to face the day. This is one of the places where most of the problem undoubtedly tax systems. Globalization is accompanied by the resulting losses in the tax system of the country, global tax played a role in the emergence of the problem. One of the most important of these problems of transfer pricing as we move on.
