Abstract
İletişim türlerine bakıldığında sözsüz iletişimin rolü yadsınamaz. Gerek konuşmadan iletişim kurmaya, gerekse de beden diline bakıldığında karşıdaki kişinin “ne söylediğinden” ziyade, “nasıl söylediği” ile ilgilenilmektedir. İnsanların dış görünüşü kendileri hakkında karşısındaki kişinin gözünde bir ön mektup anlamı taşır. Buna göre karşımızdaki kişinin aklında iyi veya kötü, temiz veya pis, disiplinli veya rahat, sorumlu veya sorumsuz, renkli veya renksiz, enerjik veya enerjik değil şeklinde izlenimler oluşturabiliriz. Bu çalışmada sözsüz iletişimin elemanlarından görülen insanların dış görünüşünün, öğretim elemanları kategorisinde, öğrenci gözüyle değerlendirmesi yapılmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada anket tekniği kullanılmış olup, anketler öğrencilere elden dağıtılmış ve toplanmıştır. Uşak Üniversitesi Ulubey Meslek Yüksek Okulundaki öğrencilere uygulanan bu anket çalışmasında veriler SPSS 22.0 istatistiksel veri analiz paket programına geçirilmiş, analizleri yapılmış ve değerlendirilmiştir. Burada anketi uygulayan öğrencilerin Öğretim Elemanlarının resmi veya şık giyinmesinden, saç renklerine kadar, kullandığı aksesuarlardan, sürekli aynı kıyafeti giymesine veya öğrencilerin tarzında giyinmesine dair görüşleri alınmış ve genel ortalamaları değerlendirilmiştir.

Abstract
The role of nonverbal communication cannot be denied in terms of communication types. When looked at both communicating without speaking and body language, it is rather concerned with what he says rather than how he does. The external appearance of people means a front letter in the eyes of people in front of them. As the result of this, we can form impressions in their eyes like good or bad, clean or dirty, disciplined or comfortable, responsible or irresponsible, colorful or colorless, energetic or not. In this study, the external appearance of the people seen in the elements of nonverbal communication is tried to be evaluated in the category of academic staff by the eyes of the students. The survey technique was used in the research and the questionnaires were distributed to the students. In this questionnaire which was applied to the students at Uşak University Ulubey Vocational High School, the data were transferred to SPSS 22.0 statistical data analysis package program, analyzed and evaluated. Herein overall averages of the opinions of the students who applied the survey about the formal of stylish dressing of the lecturers, their hair colors, their accessories, wearing the same outfit or students’s style were evaluated.
