Abstract
Dünya’da olduğu gibi ülkemizde de turizm sektörü; bilişim ve teknolojideki hızlı gelişmeye paralel olarak hızla büyümeye devam etmekte ve sektörün ekonomideki payı da aynı oranda artmaktadır. İnsanların gelir düzeylerindeki artış ve teknolojinin her türlü imkanı sunduğu ortam insanlarda haz alma duygusunun yerine tatminsizliği ikame etmiştir. Tatil planı yapanlar için önceleri cazip gelen; deniz, kum, güneş üçgeni artık sıradanlaşmış ve artık ziyaretçileri tatmin etmemektedir. Bu ortam hem tatil planı yapanlar için hem de destinasyonların hizmet sunucuları için handikap olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu durumda yeni arayışlar içerisindeki misafirin tatmini için turizmde yenilikler ve müşteri memnuniyetini esas alan alternatif turizm faaliyetleri ve etkinlikleri gereklilik olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır. Manavgat; son dönemlerde artarak devam eden alternatif turizm taleplerini karşılayabilme özelliğine sahip, her türlü etkinliğe ev sahipliği yapabilecek arazi ve coğrafik yapısı, iklimi ile ön plana çıkan bir konumdadır. Her ne kadar bölge otellerinin sezonluk olması olumsuzluk olarak görünse de; açık oteller spor turizminin taleplerini karşılamaya yeterli olacaktır. Spor turizminin bölgede yaratacağı sinerji; ilerleyen dönemlerde kışın açık otel sayısını arttırarak, turizmde sürekliliğin sağlanmasını, Manavgat ve çevresindeki otellerin 12 ay açık kalmasını beraberinde getirecektir.

For those who plan a holiday; the sea, sand, sun triangle are no longer commonplace and are no longer satisfying visitors. This is a handicap for both holiday planners and service providers of destinations. In this case, alternative tourism activities and activities that are based on customer satisfaction and innovations in tourism emerge as a necessity for the satisfaction of the guest in the new searches. Manavgat; has a feature of being able to host all kinds of activities which have the feature of meeting the alternative tourism demands that have been continuing in recent years and that it has a land and geographic structure and climate. Although the regional hotels may be seasonal, it may be negativity; open hotels will be sufficient to meet the demands of sports tourism. Synergy between sports tourism in the region; In the following periods, by increasing the number of open hotels in winter, the continuity of tourism will be ensured, and the hotels in and around Manavgat will remain open for 12 months.
