Abstract
Bu çalışmada, 9 Mayıs 2018-4 Haziran 2018 tarihleri arasında Konya’nın 3 merkez ilçesi olan Karatay, Meram ve Selçuklu’da ikamet edenlere internet üzerinden gerçekleştirilen bir anket çalışması ele alınmakta ve bu ankete verilen cevaplar değerlendirilmektedir. Anket çalışmasına 1014 kişi iştirak etmiştir. Ankette, katılımcılara 2019 Yerel Seçimleri öncesi beklentilerini ölçmeye dönük sorular yöneltilmiştir. Bu kapsamda ankete katılanlara ilçe belediyesi hizmetleri memnuniyetinden büyükşehir belediyesi hizmetleri memnuniyetine, bir önceki yerel seçimdeki tercihlerinden 2019’daki yerel seçimlerde kullanacakları oya varıncaya kadar geniş bir yelpazede sorular yönetilmiştir. Bu çalışmayla ankete katılanların cevapları değerlendirilerek bu kapsamda Konya’da ikamet edenlerin ilçe ve büyükşehir belediyesi seçimlerindeki algısı ölçülmeye çalışılmıştır.

Abstract
In this study, a survey conducted on 9 May 2018 - June 4, 2018 in Karatay, Meram and Seljuks, which are the three central districts of Konya, is discussed and the answers given to this survey are evaluated. 1014 people participated in the survey. In the survey, questions were asked to measure participants' expectations before 2019 Local Elections. In this context, a wide range of questions have been directed to the respondents from the satisfaction of the district municipality services to the satisfaction of the metropolitan municipality services, from the votes in the previous local elections to the votes they would give in the 2019 local elections. In this study, the answers of the respondents were evaluated and the perception of the residents of Konya in the elections of district and metropolitan municipality was tried to be measured.
