Abstract
Yapılmış olan araştırma Ordu ilinde boşanma davaları devam eden ve bu süreci yaşayan evli çiftlerin sorun çözme becerilerini ortaya koymak için yapılmış nicel bir araştırmadır. Araştırma özellikle boşanma sürecindeki çiftlerin sadece sorun çözme becerilerinin düzeylerini belirlemeyi değil bunun bazı değişkenlerden ne derecede etkilenip etkilenmediğini bunun ne düzeyde olduğunu belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Planlanana uygun olarak yapılan araştırma ile boşanma sürecindeki evli çiftlerin sorun çözme becerisine sahip olup olmadığı ve bu becerilerinin ne düzeyde olduğu, evli çiftlerin problem çözme becerilerinin hangi değişkenlerden ne ölçüde etkilenip etkilenmediği ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada boşanma sürecindeki çiftlere, hazırlanan soru kağıdı aracılığıyla demografik özelliklerini tespit etmek üzere sorular sorulmuş, sosyal sorun çözme envanteri uygulanarak, envanter içerisinde yer alan yargı cümleleri doğrultusunda görüşleri tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
In the divorce proceedings of ongoing research in the Ordu and living in this process within the framework of the various problem-solving skills of married couples are made to put out a quantitative study. Research specifically identify the problem-solving skills levels in the process of divorce, couples not only that some of the arguments to determine what that level is, what degree are affected. Planed research in accordance with the divorce of married couples in the process of problem-solving skills, and whether this is what level of skills, problem solving skills, the extent to which married couples nor whether they tried to put out the arguments. The question paper, prepared in the process of divorce in couples to questions asked through the demographics, social problem-solving inventory in line with judicial sentences contained in the inventory by applying the feedback have been identified.
