ÖZEL YETENEKLİ ÇOCUKLARIN EĞİTİMİNDE (FOTOKATÜR) FOTOĞRAF-KARİKATÜR ETKİNLİKLERİNİN YARATICI SANATSAL GELİŞİME KATKILARI

Abstract
Özel ve üstün yetenekli çocukların sanat eğitimi son yıllarda ciddi olarak ele alınan ve gelişen bir konudur. Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı, üniversiteler ve sivil toplum kuruluşları bu konuda gelişmelere katkıda bulunmak için sürekli çalışma içerisindedirler. Fotoğraf ve karikatür her yaş grubunda ilgi ile takip edilen iki alandır. Ancak ne yazık ki örgün eğitim süreci içerisinde bu iki alan yeterince ele alınmamakta ve yeterli eğitim verilmemektedir. Yaratıcı fikirler üretme, sanat eğitiminin en önemli temel unsurlarından birisidir. Özgün ve orijinal bir sanat eseri üretmenin en önemli şartlarından biri olan yaratıcı tasarımın gelişmesinde fotoğraf ve karikatür etkinliklerinden yararlanılabilir. Çeşitli üç boyutlu obje ve oyuncaklar kullanarak fotoğraf ile karikatür üretmek, bir dönem Sakarya Bilim ve Sanat Merkezi ortaokul seviyesindeki öğrencilerle denenmiş ve başarılı sonuçlar ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu çalışmaları Fotokatür olarak tanımlamak ve isimlendirmek mümkün olabilir.

Abstract
The art education of special and gifted children has been a serious issue in recent years. The Ministry of National Education, universities and non-governmental organizations are in constant efforts to contribute to the development of this issue. Photographs and cartoons are two areas of interest in every age group. Unfortunately, within the formal education process these two areas are not adequately addressed and sufficient training is not given. Producing creative ideas is one of the most important basic elements of art education. The development of creative design, one of the most important conditions for producing original and original artwork, can be used for photography and cartoon events. Producing cartoons with photographs using various three-dimensional objects and toys has been tried and succeeded by students at the secondary school level of the Sakarya Science and Art Center for a while. It may be possible to identify and name these works as photo-cartoon.
