Abstract
Bu çalışma, değişen küresel enerji jeopolitiği çerçevesinde Türkiye'nin enerji lojistiği, enerji arz güvenliği, enerji koridoru ve enerji merkezi olma stratejilerini değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmada yöntem olarak nitel araştırma desenlerinden doküman analizi kullanılmıştır. EPDK petrol piyasası raporları, EPDK doğal gaz piyasası raporları, ETKB faaliyet raporları ve BOTAŞ faaliyet raporları temel alınarak doküman analizi yapılmıştır. Kullanılan yöntemin amacı, Türkiye’nin Avrupa enerji arz güvenliği ve transit enerji koridoru olma potansiyelini yıllara göre sınıflandırmak ve raporlarda yer alan nicel verilerle yorumlamaktır. İncelenen dokümanlardan elde edilen bulgular; Türkiye’nin enerji transit rolünün petrol lojistiği ve Ceyhan merkezli rafinaj/depolama altyapısı, TANAP, TürkAkım, LNG/FSRU, doğal gaz depolama, organize gaz piyasası ve elektrik enterkoneksiyonları üzerinden çok boyutlu bir enerji merkezi hedefi haline geldiğini göstermektedir. |

Abstract
This study aims to evaluate Türkiye's energy logistics, energy supply security, energy corridor, and energy hub strategies within the framework of changing global energy geopolitics. The research employs document analysis, a qualitative research design. The analysis is based on EPDK (Energy Market Regulatory Authority) oil market reports, EPDK natural gas market reports, ETKB (Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources) activity reports, and BOTAŞ (Turkish Petroleum Corporation) activity reports. The aim of the method is to classify Türkiye's potential to be a European energy supply security and transit energy corridor over the years and to interpret it using the quantitative data in the reports. The findings from the examined documents show that Türkiye's energy transit role has evolved into a multi-dimensional energy hub target through oil logistics and Ceyhan-centered refining/storage infrastructure, TANAP, TurkStream, LNG/FSRU, natural gas storage, organized gas market, and electricity interconnections. |
