Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi Öğrencilerinin Mobil Sağlık ve Kişisel Sağlık Kayıtlarına İlişkin Görüşlerinin Değerlendirilmesi

Bu çalışmanın amacı; sağlık bilimleri fakültesi öğrencilerinin mobil sağlık ve kişisel sağlık kayıtlarına ilişkin görüşlerini değerlendirerek bu görüşlerin öğrencilerin kişisel ve demografik özelliklerine göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını tespit etmektir. Bu çalışma Kırıkkale Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesindeki altı bölümden tabakalı örnekleme yöntemi ile gönüllülük esasına göre seçilen 344 öğrenci ile yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma, kesitsel tanımlayıcı tipte nicel bir araştırmadır. Çalışmada araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanan “kişisel ve demografik bilgi formu” ve 2021 yılında Koç ve Bilgehan tarafından geliştirilen 31 madde ve 7 alt boyuttan oluşan “Mobil Sağlık ve Kişisel Sağlık Kayıtlarına İlişkin Görüş Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Ölçekteki her bir madde 5’li likert tipinde olup ölçekten alınabilecek minimum puan 31, maksimum puan 155’tir. Toplam puanın yükselmesi, öğrencilerin mobil sağlık ve kişisel sağlık kayıtlarına ilişkin tutumlarının olumlu yönde arttığını göstermektedir. Veriler normal dağılıma uygunluk gösterdiği için parametrik testlerle analiz yapılmıştır. İkili gruplar arasında bağımsız örneklem t testi, ikiden fazla gruplar arasında tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), farkın hangi gruptan kaynaklı olduğunu tespit etmek için post-hoc testlerinden Tukey-HSD testi kullanılmıştır ve p<0,05’ten küçük çıkan sonuçlar anlamlı olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda; öğrencilerin mobil sağlık ve kişisel sağlık kayıtlarına ilişkin tutumlarının olumlu yönde arttığı ve ölçek toplamı ve alt boyutlarından almış oldukları ortalama puanlarının çeşitli kişisel ve demografik değişkenlere göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık oluşturduğu tespit edilmiştir (p<0,05). Yapılan bu çalışma; öğrenciler üzerinde mobil sağlık ve kişisel sağlık kayıtlarının yararlarına ve verimliliğine yönelik farkındalık oluşturarak bu konuda kendilerine, çevresindekilere ve ileride hizmet verecekleri kişilere yarar sağlamaları açısından gelecekteki sağlık sistemi için oldukça önemlidir. |

The aim of this study is to evaluate the views of students in the Faculty of Health Sciences regarding mobile health and personal health records, and to determine whether these views differ according to the students’ personal and demographic characteristics. This study was conducted with 344 students selected on a voluntary basis using a stratified sampling method from six departments within the Faculty of Health Sciences at Kırıkkale University. This study is a cross-sectional, descriptive quantitative research. The study used a "personal and demographic information form" prepared by the researchers and the "Mobile Health and Personal Health Records Opinion Scale," developed by Koç and Bilgehan in 2021, consisting of 31 items and 7 sub-dimensions. Each item in the scale is a 5-point Likert type, with a minimum score of 31 and a maximum score of 155. An increase in the total score indicates that students’ attitudes toward mobile health and personal health records have improved in a positive direction. Since the data showed conformity to a normal distribution, analysis was performed using parametric tests. An independent samples t-test was used for comparisons between two groups, a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) for more than two groups, and the Tukey-HSD post-hoc test was used to determine which group was responsible for the difference. Results with p<0.05 were considered statistically significant. The study found that students' attitudes towards mobile health and personal health records increased positively, and their average scores on the scale total and sub-dimensions showed statistically significant differences according to various personal and demographic variables (p<0.05). This study is highly important for the future of the healthcare system as it raises awareness among students about the benefits and efficiency of mobile health and personal health records, enabling them to benefit themselves, those around them, and future healthcare professionals. |
