Abstract

Erken müdahale programlarının çocuklar ve aileler üzerindeki sosyal, duygusal, finansal ve eğitsel etkileri, Rochester Study, High Scope Perry Okul Öncesi Programı, Caroline Abecaderian Programı, Medical Foster Care Programı, The Hope Family Projesi, Bahavioral Education Program For Children With Autism (BEPCA), The Parent Child İnteraction For Children With Visual Impairments, Achiava Tampa, Responsive Teaching Cirriculm, Açev’in yaptığı çalışmalar, Chicago Child Parent Center Programı gibi erken müdahale programlarına ve bu programlardan elde edilen bulgularına değinilerek açıklanmıştır.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the social, emotional, financial and educational benefits of early intervention programs on children and families. In this direction, first of all, the definition and purpose of “early intervention” are explained. Afterwards, it is briefly mentioned who the children at risk are. Then, different theoretical approaches (Ecological Approach, Interaction Theory, Developmental System Model, Social Support Theory) on which early intervention programs are based were discussed and the importance of the family in early intervention was mentioned. Social, emotional, financial and educational impacts of early intervention programs on children and families, Rochester Study, High Scope Perry Preschool Program, Caroline Abecaderian Program, Medical Foster Care Program, The Hope Family Project, Bahavioral Education Program For Children With Autism (BEPCA) , The Parent Child Interaction For Children With Visual Impairments, Achiava Tampa, Responsive Teaching Cirriculm, Açev's studies are explained by referring to early intervention programs such as the Chicago Child Parent Center Program and the findings obtained from these programs
