All of the common values that serve as a bridge between the past and the future in the historical process are included in the cultural heritage. Cultural heritage contains many tangible and intangible values. For this reason, it is important both for the society in which it is located and for all societies to which it is connected depending on cultural interactions. Cultural routes can be formed by both historical roads used in the past and many cultural values by defining a certain route and transforming it into a route. There are cultural routes that exist today. In addition, new cultural routes are suggested considering various cultural values. These routes can be the subject of postgraduate theses. In this study, postgraduate theses on cultural routes were examined and systematically analyzed. As a result of the research carried out by YÖKTEZ Center for the date of 24.03.2023 and before, 164 theses were obtained and examined when the duplicate and out-of-scope theses were separated. It was observed that the theses examined were published mostly in the master's branch and mostly in Turkish. It has been observed that the number of publications in which the most of the theses on cultural routes were published in 2019 has generally increased over the years. It was determined that the most recommended route research type was published. As a result of this, it has been seen that new suggestions have been developed due to the insufficient number of cultural routes and regional distribution, and new studies have been made on this subject and the deficiency has been tried to be eliminated.

Times As a result of the social and historical value judgments of civilizations, culture and art are the elements that establish the link between the past, present and future. Civilization is formed by the cultural accumulation of societies and works of art. The art of binding occupies an important place among the traditional arts that reflect Turkish culture and have a deep-rooted history. Bindings are named according to their materials and production techniques. Lacquer binding takes its name from the word "lacquer" (varnish).
Lacquered bindings, the first examples of which were seen in the 15th century in the Ottoman Period, gave works that preserved their identity in the art of binding with cultural developments as a result of relations with the West in the 18th century. In accordance with the artistic taste of the period, the ornamental designs of lacquered binding covers began to provide the effect of depth by using flowers in vases, twisted and curled long reed-like leaves, braided ribbons and ribbons, and light and shadow, which are innovations we encounter in the 18th century. Shades began to appear in the colors used. Today, some of these important works are preserved in the National Library.
When the records of the National Library are examined, there are manuscripts in various collections. Studies on the bindings of these works are quite limited. In this study, 4 lacquered binding covers, which were determined to have survived from the 18th century to the present day according to the data obtained from their inventories in the "A" catalog in the National Library, were examined. The volumes are arranged according to their inventory numbers and each volume is documented and introduced in detail with photographs. The parts of the binding, the ornaments on the binding, the techniques used in binding production, and the colors used were analyzed in detail.

The eighteenth century constitutes a period in which the Ottoman Empire lost much of its military, political and economic power. This bad situation, which started from the end of the sixteenth century, made itself felt more and more in the following periods. The complex structure of the period, shaped by issues such as the weakening of the central authority, the deterioration in important institutions of the state, especially the timar system, the strengthening of the local notables and the resulting weakening of the state authority in the provinces, caused the social order to deteriorate. The people, who had no peace and security due to the actions of the bandit groups that fed on this complex structure, complained to Divân-ı Hümâyûn, which they saw as the exit gate, against the people who had attacked their property, life and rape, and demanded that their rights be sought.
The Sivas Judgment Register No. 16 contains the complaints from Sivas and various settlements of the Sivas province, recorded between 1780 and 1783, and reflected to the center. In this study, the issues that threaten the security of life and property, such as extortion, theft, assault, wounding, murder, abduction of women/girls, rape, which deeply shake the foundation of public morality and family, and the activities of the bandits who have made a habit of doing so are examined in these complaints. A total of 141 complaint judgments on the subjects mentioned in the ledger have been identified, and the atrocities committed by the bandits on the people have been tried to be explained through the relevant judgments. The incidents of brigandage caused by irregular tax collection, unjust interference with fief and zeamet lands and foundation revenues are left out of the study as they are issues that should be dealt with within the scope of the Ottoman land system and tax system.

Recent technological research and the innovative outputs based on these researches are digitizing our world. Many different institutions, from communication to industry, are integrating these outputs into their workflows. Museums, cultural and art institutions, are also striving to adapt to the technology-based structure of the new world. Although they primarily have a conservative approach, they are evolving day by day to reach out to society and exist in this non-threatening area. In this respect, it can be said that museums' participation in the virtual world is due to the widespread use of today's technologies and the convenience they provide. In the process, they initially created email accounts. Subsequently, they developed websites and opened social media accounts. Then, they adopted a different method and provided virtual museums for their visitors. Today's NFTs, Blockchain technology, and Metaverse applications represent the latest advancements. Museums are now including works consisting of 1s and 0s in their inventories and seeking ways to present these non-objective works. Unlike tangible cultural heritages, static or animated "data" that represent images are now the new issue of exhibition. Within the scope of the research, museums' approaches to works grouped under the umbrella of digital art and NFTs have been examined. Based on specific examples examined in the study, the place of NFTs in the field of museology has been discussed.

Effect of The Customs Union on Oilseeds Foreign Trade Between Turkey and The EU

The EU is an important trading partner and an important market for Türkiye. For this reason, you care about the perspective of Türkiye maintaining its competitiveness in the EU market, trying to increase the amount of products managed together with its competitiveness, and the development of growth. Türkiye generally has a foreign trade deficit in oilseeds, except for poppy. However, to explain it simply, exports and imports of oilseeds in any country within the EU vary over time. The increase in imports of special sunflower and soybean and other oilseeds is noteworthy. Sunflower seed production in Türkiye isn’t sufficient to meet domestic consumption. That's why sunflower seeds and oil are largely imported. Although there have been decreases and increases in our import amount over the years, there is generally a deficit in our foreign trade with the EU. Türkiye isn’t a self-sufficient country in soybeans. Only 4% of its needs are included in its own portfolio and are imported. In other words, the supply gap in soy makes imports necessary. Türkiye is by far a net exporter in its poppy trade with the EU.

Social work practices have always existed in different times and places. Efforts to heal the wounds caused by the capitalist system as well as to realize completely humanitarian goals were effective in the emergence of social work as an academic discipline and profession on the stage of history. In this context, the study examined the academic disciplinary structure and professional performance of social work in the Gulf country of Qatar. On the other hand, the social service-related practices of non-governmental organizations in the country were examined.
In this context, although the country of Qatar has just gained its independence, it has made important breakthroughs in the field of social work both professionally and academically. Many reasons, such as prosperity due to the availability of underground resources in the country, rapid urbanization, and the spread of education, have turned social services into a necessity. With the establishment of the national education faculty in the country, training in the field of social work has begun to be provided at undergraduate and graduate levels in various universities by ensuring integration in accordance with the international curriculum. In the field of social work practice, many activities are carried out within ministries. It has also been observed that non-governmental organizations have a significant presence in the field of social services. When evaluated from the social service perspective, it is seen that almost the entire service sector consists of immigrants, due to the high welfare level of the country. The abundance of human rights violations against immigrants in the country remains an important problem in terms of social services. In this context, social work education, practice and issues seen as problems in terms of social work in Qatar are presented in detail in the study, focusing on the issues.

The Ideal Human Type In Osman Hulûsı̇ Efendı's Poem

Nasihatname’s are works written to give advice especially to young people by expressing moral principles based on Islamic values in a concise and understandable way. Ethics is an important subject of literature and is therefore dealt with extensively in instructive works and religious-sufistic texts. Nasihat means to be sincerely devoted to Allah, to sincerely fulfill His commands and to lead a lifestyle in accordance with the sunnah of the Prophet. People of the heart care not only about their own salvation, but also about the education of their loved ones and the salvation of the people around them from evil. In addition to setting an example with their own behavior, they guide people through guidance and advice. They explain the qualities of the ideal person with advice and explain their role in society. In his poem "Nasihat", Es-Seyyid Osman Hulûsi Ateş expresses the behavior of an exemplary and ideal person in terms of society. In the couplets of the sermon, he gives Sufi advice such as humility, avoiding pride and arrogance, struggling with the ego, serving people for the sake of Allah and sacrifice without expecting anything in return, not hurting and winning hearts, not failing to serve every living creature, being merciful and generous, tolerance and truthfulness. According to Osman Hulûsi Effendi, the ideal person should avoid arrogance, should not belittle others, and should not mock them. He should avoid lying, treachery, breaking people's hearts, harming humanity, and bad habits. Avoid all religious prohibitions and live in accordance with Allah's commands within halal limits. The human being comes to this world as an inherently pure being and must preserve this purity and not be stained by sins and evil deeds. The real and ideal human being knows his limits and does not exceed them, works for the benefit of society and does not harm any being. He should have a pure idea, a firm belief, and a sublime refinement.

Contemporary social changes have caused structural and functional changes in the family system, and these changes have led to the emergence of new family problems. In order to solve these problems, psychosocial services for the family have become necessary. The most important of these services is family counseling. Family counseling, whose main purpose is to provide family members with problem solving and solution finding skills to solve family problems, is a field that has developed in Turkey in recent years. The changes and transformations in the Turkish society have increased the demand for family counseling services day by day. In this direction, it is aimed to train professional family counselors to help solve family problems in our country. For this purpose, the Ministry of Family and Social Affairs (MoFSS) launched the "Family Counseling Training Program (FCCP)" with a regulation issued in 2012. Under this program, those who successfully complete a total of 450 hours of training, 300 hours of theoretical courses and 150 hours of practical courses, are entitled to receive the title of family counselor. Since 2012, ADEP and family counseling, which are gradually spreading in our country, have been considered a subject that needs to be studied in depth on a scientific basis. The aim of the research is to present a detailed profile of family counseling education and practice in Turkey in many aspects such as the content, conceptual framework and historical development of family counseling, ADEP, practices, legal and institutional basis of counseling services, reasons for the need of family counseling. Phenomenological design, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in this study. In this direction, face-to-face interviews were conducted with academics and family counselors competent in the field of family counseling using a semi-structured interview form in order to reveal and understand the development process and current situation of family counseling in Turkey. The interview data were coded with MAXQDA 2024 using the content analysis technique and 10 main themes emerged as a result of coding. These themes are also the findings of the study. Visual maps of the themes were created using the "Hierarchical Code-Subcode Model" in MAXQDA 2024, and the themes (findings) were interpreted using these visual maps.

Teacher Efficacies and Social Cognitive Theory in the Context of Turkish Education History

<table>
<tbody>
<tr>
<td>
Efficacies and teacher efficacies are among recent educational research's most extensively studied topics. The theoretical foundation for the development of the concepts of efficacy and teacher efficacy is Albert Bandura's social cognitive theory. However, the fact that efficacy, teacher efficacy, and the principles put forward by the social cognitive theory on which these concepts are based have not been addressed in terms of Turkish education history is considered a gap in the literature. The aim of this research is to evaluate competence, teacher competence, and social cognitive theory within the framework of applications in Turkish education history. According to the evaluations conducted, the views of Turkish educators regarding teacher efficacies are more directed towards the dimensions of "Professional knowledge" and "Attitudes and values" than contemporary teacher efficacies. From social cognitive theory and self-efficacy perspectives, Farabi, Ibn Sina, Yusuf Has Hacib, and Imam al-Gazzali are prominent educators. The views of these educators, highlighted as examples in the research, primarily pertain to the attention dimension of social cognitive theory. Regarding the concept of self-efficacy, almost all examples provided in Turkish education history encompass the dimension of "Vicarious experiences." Only Imam al-Gazzali's views cover both the dimensions of "Vicarious experiences" and "Social persuasion" in terms of the concept of self-efficacy. Therefore, Imam al-Gazzali's educational views exhibit the highest similarity with social cognitive theory and the idea of self-efficacy.
