Compensatory justice is a justice that determines the exact amount of each person's rights. The acknowledgment of this theory serves as a safeguard for the contractual parties' rights, a recognition that is currently acknowledged by legal experts. From a pragmatic standpoint, the concept of compensatory justice entails the necessity to equitably address the rights of parties within a compensation agreement, grounded in the principle of addressing harm. This theory in Afghan law is a combination of objective and personal criteria, and the lawmakers has discussed about compensation in cases of restoration of justice through the right of imprisonment, but in some other cases, he refers to termination and the right of imprisonment.

This article presents a comprehensive analysis of microaggressions within the context of the popular American television series "How I Met Your Mother" (HIMYM), exploring how this comedic narrative embeds and reflects subtle forms of discrimination that are prevalent in society. The study employs a dual-method approach, integrating a review of existing literature on microaggressions with a content analysis of the entire series. By examining dialogues, character interactions, and plot developments, the research identifies and categorizes instances of microaggressions based on their nature and implications. The findings suggest that HIMYM, while celebrated for its humor and storytelling, also serves as a cultural artifact that mirrors and perpetuates microaggressions related to race, gender, and ethnicity. The analysis suggests that HIMYM employs micro-invalidations and micro-insults that sometimes extend beyond the scope of humor, entering the realm of micro-assaults, which are often portrayed and framed through dark humor. These instances of microaggressions reflect the societal norms of the era in which they were produced. It's imperative to contextualize these microaggressions within the time frame of the series' original broadcast, acknowledging the evolving understanding of such interactions in society.

Leopoldian Thought and the Doctrine of Land Ethics

We can say that soil is the unchanging occupation of human beings living on earth, which has maintained its existence for a long time since the first day it existed. Even though people who hunted at the beginning of history partly dealt with land, soil is one of the most important reasons for the transition to settled life. Primitive people symbolize a real existence over which wars are still fought until today, over which many different civilizations reign and host these civilizations. We will first start our research by asking what ethics is. Ethics will cover a wide spectrum. While there are many types of ethics, we will talk at length about land ethics, which is the most important and the reason for human life. Soil is the basic element on which humans live and depend on it. While the perspective of human beings consists of land pieces that they see only as a tool and a place of life, land will be used in very different meanings in the changing and developing century. .''An action is right when it preserves the integrity, balance, and beauty of the biotic community; otherwise it is wrong'' (Aldo Leopold, "Soil Ethics"). If we make sense of soil ethics with these words, as the famous researcher stated, soil has become an important concept that has not only existed for human, animal and plant life since the 19th century, but has also been deteriorated with industry and industrialization, and needs to be protected.
 On the other hand, while national scientists continue their research on this issue, understandings that suggest that soil is only a tool still prevail today. While describing the soil, Leopold touched upon the complexity of the soil and emphasized the need to make sense of this complexity and the importance of this interpretation while conveying a lot of information about the cultivation of the soil. According to Leopold, understanding this complexity allows understanding how the soil can function healthily. Leopold uses the term “soil pyramid” to describe the health of the soil. In this pyramid, “Plants absorb energy from the sun. This energy flows within a circuit called biota; Biota can be represented by a pyramid made of layers. The bottom layer of this pyramid is soil. Above the soil there is a layer of plants, above plants a layer of insects, above insects a layer of birds and rodents. In this way, the layers continue with various animal groups until they reach the top where large carnivores are located (Pinchot, Gifford, 199).
In the light of these situations, in this article, which will look at nature and its most important argument, the soil, from a different perspective, not only as an inanimate being that man is the master of and wants to dominate, but also as a sensitive ethical person who thinks, examines and finds solutions, this article will show that the soil is home to countless living creatures, and that new ethical systems are being developed. The concept of Soil Ethics, which is a discourse, will add new horizons that will shed light on soil and nature problems in the future by adding our moral responsibilities for climates, water cycles, nutrients and many other limited reasons. With this article, we aim to develop a new perspective on the solution of soil problems that will change our perspective on environmental problems.
By also benefiting from the famous scientist Leopold's work on land ethics; What can be done to transform the phenomenon of land ethics from a review article put forward by a group of scientists, to transform it into a universal process by giving it more meaning and making it accepted by our societies, the world societies and the rulers of the countries? How can we start with this universal issue and manage the process? I am thinking of starting my article in the light of these questions.

<tbody>
<tr>
<td>
In the context of efforts to reduce carbon emissions, all global vehicle manufacturers have recently been focusing on electric vehicle production. This increase in production has necessitated a reassessment of safety measures to address potential hazards associated with these vehicles. Among the most noteworthy measures are efforts to minimize the risks of fire and high voltage. Compared to traditional vehicle fires, it is evident that electric vehicles carry a higher fire risk. Firefighting teams, accustomed to dealing with traditional vehicle fires, find it challenging to decide on intervention techniques for electric vehicle fires as their conventional approaches may not be effective. As the number of electric vehicles produced worldwide is currently less than that of traditional fossil fuel vehicles, incidents of fires in electric vehicles are relatively fewer. Fire response teams are actively working on developing various scenarios for how to handle such fires since clear guidelines on intervention techniques for electric vehicle fires are yet to be fully established. This compilation aims to provide useful insights by describing the structures of electric vehicles and the features that may lead to fires. Additionally, it offers different perspectives on actions to be taken in the event of a fire, with the understanding that the number of electric vehicles globally is still lower than that of traditional vehicles powered by fossil fuels.

There are many concepts in the Quran that mean sin. In this article, some concepts used in the sense of sin are included and some conceptual analyzes are made. Concepts meaning sin in the Quran point to semantic richness. However, when these concepts are examined, common aspects between them are observed, even if some differences are seen in terms of usage. Sin, which is the commission of an ugly act that is not legitimate by religion, and the harms observed in the concepts that mean sin, include depriving people of goodness and good deeds, hostility, alienating them from the right path, denial, directing them to ugly behavior, deviating from the truth, engaging in haram acts, going out of order, exceeding the limits, Deviation from justice, anger, turmoil, restlessness, rudeness, suffering, obstruction from worship and obedience, etc. features are encountered. It is seen that these qualities have individual, social, moral and conscientious harms. It is witnessed that people sometimes commit voluntary and sometimes intentional acts in these concepts, which are used in a sinful and close sense. The orders and prohibitions of religion can be violated due to mistakes and sins that are not faith-related and have a practical aspect. According to the analysis made, people can exhibit behaviors contrary to sharia and moral principles due to sins. Behaviors that fall within the scope of sin as a result of a free-willed and responsible person submitting to the devil require certain punishments in this world and the hereafter. Some sins are simply usurping God's rights or people's rights. Or both rights are in violation. In the Quran, sins are categorized in two ways: major sins and minor sins.

In this study, the thoughts of some important parties participating in the June 24, 2018 elections on the problem of terrorism in their election manifestos are discussed. As it is known, Turkey is in an important geography due to its geo-political and geo-strategic position. Therefore, the Republic of Turkey has become the focal point of some terrorist movements until the date we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Republic. Terrorist organizations such as DAESH and FETO have joined the PKK terrorist acts that started in 1984. After the failure of the Resolution Process and the FETO coup attempt on July 15, 2016, the Republic of Turkey took preventive measures against terrorism. Thanks to the measures taken, serious damage was inflicted on terrorist organizations. In recent years, the decrease in the number of participation in the organization and the sudden decrease in the number of martyrs in the fight against the PKK have shown that the measures taken have yielded successful results. In this study, the election manifestos and party programs of the parties participating in the 24 June 2018 elections such as AK Party, CHP, CHP, İYİ Party, HÜDAPAR, HDP, Vatan Party, Felicity Party, MHP were discussed and the solution proposals for terrorism were put forward. The most important feature of these elections was the increase in nationalist discourse on terrorism.

Gastronomy is defined as the curiosity and interest in eating good food. As a science, it is considered local eating and drinking culture and behavior. Eating habits and culinary culture are also discussed in this context. In addition, the need for eating and drinking in tourism activities has changed over time and has become a source of curiosity, interest, and the desire to experience things personally in different dimensions.
A geographical indication is the name given to the registration process that describes and indicates a product with a clear and distinct quality, is well-known, or is adopted by the local region or country regarding its features. In Turkey, some cities and regions have registered their products to protect their unique qualities and characteristics and to preserve their names.
As a tourism destination, Hatay has a rich history and culture. Located in the Mediterranean region, Hatay is one of the oldest settlements in Anatolia, where the Mediterranean climate prevails. The fact that it has hosted different civilizations throughout history has shown that different beliefs and cultures can live together in love and peace in this geography. This cultural diversity has given Hatay the advantage of having registered products in its cuisine and various fields.
The study aims to register and promote geographically indicated products essential to tourism marketing. Secondary data were examined through document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods. In this context, geographically indicated products belonging to Hatay province, which has an essential place in gastronomic tourism and is recognized as a gastronomic city by UNESCO, were examined and explained.
According to the study's findings, it was observed that Hatay hosts many products and foods specific to the region and registered by the Turkish Patent Institute. Hatay has eight districts and 25 products, apart from the city center, which has registered products and food. Antakya, Samandağ, Dörtyol, Kırıkhan, Defne, Belen, Altınözü, and İskenderun are the districts that have the right to be registered with their local foods and products. These districts are also crucial in increasing Hatay's awareness and tourist potential.
